If I could put zero stars I would. After two hours and $110 later which I paid for a service I didn’t get, the NP told me she couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything for me since they didn’t do stool samples there. She seems to lack the empathy that patients need from a medical profession. What a waste of my time and money.

The people there are sweet but Heather goes beyond her job to make sure your okay she is one of the best nurses there. Her smile makes you feel welcome. When u Enter she is sweet awesome and caring she made me feel like they was family. Thanx

I went to Urgent Care after my son tested positive for COVID. My primary care did not want to see me, saying it was a virus and it needed to run its course. Urgent Care was amazing during the visit and even followed up after I tested positive with me and my son. The facility was very clean and everyone working was professional and focused on patient care.
