I will never ever buy from them again. I have had two orders out were over $200 and one that was almost 5 and they didn’t have all my stuff and they say that I’m going to receiving an adjustment for the stuff I did received. I have to argue with customer service I have to argue with the managers in the store and I still have not received the adjustments on either my orders. They have just lost a great customer and I shop there a lot.

I love Bath and Body Works. No matter where the stores are located, they are all the same. I really like that. Stopped by and bought 5 air fresheners. There was a special in fact, there were a lots of good deals as always. Staff was friendly and helpful. I bought Eucalyptus, which is my favorite.
