I was taking Vancomyacin iv home infusion and I had standing orders to have blood work done weekly to monitor my labs. Andrew with the lab called me to let me know that my creatine level was critically high. I went to the emergency room where I was admitted to the hospital and treated for this. Noone else called me not the lab or the doctor. He even called back later to check on me.

The gals who delivered my IV antibiotics were very personable and helpful. They answered my questions about what was delivered. Delivery was on time and contained more than enough supplies to give myself the medication.

I never needed a home health agency until 8 months ago. I was referred to Barnes Healthcare and have been extremely happy with the service. They are receptive to my needs, dependable and the customer service is superb.

Barns healthcare ordered me a wheelchair for a car accident I was in for my broken hip. The delivery driver brought it out 3 times. First 2 times he could not get it to recline. It was a reclining chair. The third time that worked but the feet rest were not right and we could not get them to work so he called his boss and they said they would order another one. Well never heard anything so I called and was told because I refused it they had cancelled it. I never once refused it. I wanted one that worked. The driver also had no clue on how it worked . I think that it was terrible service that I got and would recommend going somewhere else.Update it's now Dec 14.I see there is no response to my review. Also no response from anyone at company to at least say sorry. None of this was my fault. If any fault I'd say it was lack of training for the delivery driver and very poor management. Again this is the type service you get from this company.

BHS was prompt, courteous and available when needed. They called and checked on me offering help if needed. They generously renewed supplies in a timely manner. I have confidence in their services should they be needed in the future.
