Dont bank here but I just stopped here to use the ATM. Machine stole my card. I walk into the bank, and wait 20 min, they finally get to me and say I'm the third person to have theirs stolen. And there is nothing they can do about it. Maybe they could put a barrier up telling people the ATM is down? Lazy and brainless. I had to order a new card.

The two drive thru ATMs have $100, $20, and $10 dollar bills (I believe this is the only Bank of America ATM in the area to have multiple denominations of currency). I have never been inside but I like the ATMs :)

Was told a check would go thru after a week due a hold. After a week I was told I would need to wait 14 days from when it was deposited because of a new hold. Customer Service is just obnoxious college students. Don't go here if you want your money soon.

Outstanding Customer ServiceMy experience at this B of A branch has been Great. This branch definitely has the best customer service in the Nation.I've had to wait up to 30 minutes more times than I'd like to admit in other branches in many other states. Keep it up!

One of the relationship bankers was very nice, which is the only reason they get two stars. It took an hour to add a name to an account because of both technical difficulties and a mistake by the banker. We made a second appointment for the following day and both my husband and I left work early to be there. When we arrived we were told there was an hour wait, despite our on-time arrival for our appointment. It was a time sensitive matter, and we had to find an alternative solution late on a Friday afternoon, which was very stressful. I have been with BoA for 20 years and usually recieved very good service, so this experience was surprising. But this was so bad, I just don't want to deal with them ever again.

Monday I took time in my short lunch break to stop at the bank to withdraw money from my account. Because it was for a few $K I went inside to the cashier.I knew I had plenty of money in my account to cover my withdrawal.At the start all went well, I gave my debit cart ID etc. Then I asked for the amount I wanted to withdraw from my account. From that moment on, I felt like I was a suspicious person, even though I already had given my ID card, debit card etc. The cashier was acting extremely weird, unpleasant and suspicious. He said he needed a supervisor. The supervisor was busy with an other customer, right there also was an other employee who helped me open my account just a few month ago, and he did not do anything to help even so he wasn't doing much. I waited 20 minutes, nothing happen and the weird behavior continue in response to my questions as to why I needed to go through all this to have my own money. Finally, I needed to leave to go back to my day. I found that unacceptable to have spent 20 minutes in the bank that hold my money and not being able to withdraw the fund I needed. I gave two stars because the opening of the account and the first contact were positive.I still do not have my money :-(

Worst place in the county to bank with. Understaffed, high fees and ridiculous rules. Save yourself the trouble and go straight to any local credit union.

Don’t waste your time with this monopoly, they dictate what u can do and do as they want, look at they working hours compared to all other banks, start from there.... big mafia bad service, not a bank for the middle class

Manager was rude as can be. One of the tellers incorrectly counted my money and told me I was $200 off my deposit I had written. I had to leave and the next morning they called my boss to tell them they were over $200 on their total deposit. I had to use my own money at my restaurant because they couldn't do something as easy as counting. Its literally their ONLY job, and they use a money counter. Absolutely baffled.

Worst experience. Went to cash a check drawn on their bank. It's THEIR check and they charged 8% to cash their own check. Then she kept pressuring me to open an account and using the fee as leverage. I denied the account and will NEVER bank there. Consumer beware. I wish I could give zero stars

I have the unfortunate duty to have to come here twice a month to make corporate deposits on my lunch break. The average wait is 20 minutes. This was not the case when the drive-thru was open, which at least meant I could be in my car with the radio going. Instead, it's time to get in line with everyone else regardless of the length of time they'll monopolize the teller. Today someone in front of me had what looked like 10-12 bundles of $1 bills, and the teller had to put it through the counting machine prior to deposit. He was the only one open at the time.

This 13th Street branch has terrible customer service. There is absolutely NO reason you should be told you will have to wait 30-40 minutes to speak with someone about your mortgage- which is what I was told this morning!

I have always enjoyed banking with Bank of America. Many Many years with them. The customer service is always fantastic. And I always leave with a smile.
