This Bank of America location leaves everything to be desired. They have absolutely no desire to provide any semblance of a good customer experience. One of the reasons I use this branch location is because it's one of the only ones around town with a Drive Through Teller. When you're sick, in a rush, or have a dog or child in the car, it's best to use this feature. The staff sometimes refuses to use the drive through, and will come rudely tell you that you'll have to come inside. The teller Shannon Jayne has a very smart mouth and she is allowed to use it with clients at her leisure, even when the manager David Bulley is in. Time to pull my money out of Bank of America, and I'll make sure it's this branch who will have to cash me out in full.
