I went to Balanced Body Pilates for Watsu therapy at week 38 in my pregnancy. Watsu, a kind of massage that involves being gently moved and floated in warm water, is an amazing way to let go and relax. For a pregnant woman, I can't imagine a better way to release back tension or a better way to connect with baby. Keo Opton, the practitioner, put me totally at ease with her explanation of the process and obvious passion for the healing work. The experience lasts one hour and costs a bit more than traditional massage but it's totally worth it.
