Bought a couch 6-7 months ago, paid it off in full with autopay. They randomly added a 200 dollar charge and are now saying I owe money. Nobody can give me a clear answer, not the employees, not the manager, not customer care. Do not shop here if you value respect.

Rude peopleI spend THOUSANDS of dollars here. You ask my name and my FREAKING SOCIAL SECURITY info TWICE because you are multitasking and not paying attention to the customer HERE in front of you while you rudely talk on the phone. Sure ask personal information across a room and get an attitude when I am forced to speak up so you and everyone in the building can here my last 4 numbers.I can and will take my business elsewhere.
