I was stranded in a Gainesville parking garage due to a bad battery cable installation from a different store. Someone in the garage was able to get me up and running, but since I had such a long drive, he said I needed to get to the closest AutoZone to get it fixed permanently. I stopped at the Archer Rd. AutoZone and Jacob came out to help me. Nice guy, and fixed the cable connection so I would feel safe to drive home. And at no charge! Thanks Jacob! You really saved a lady in distress. Great service. And thanks to the guy who recommended AutoZone. By the way, the next time I buy a battery and have it installed, it will be from AutoZone.

Terry made a stressful night for my friend completely turn around. His charisma, knowledge, friendly demeanor and knowledge deserves more than five starts. It’s so unlikely to find people that are kind and engaged with their customers these days but Terry has restored my faith in the service industry. Auto Zone has a gem working at their store!

A friend of mine had a bad battery. We were greeted with excellent customer service from Terry M. and Kellen H. I appreciate the teamwork of how they both navigated a store full of customers needing assistance. AutoZone has some great members that were added to the team!! AZ all the way!! Jacob, Bethany and Elizabeth you have a great team that took over tonight!!

Car wouldn't start while out running errands and by the time roadside assistance arrived to jump it, it was 8:45pm. Called ahead to see if they would be able to install a battery if I arrived by 8:55pm, which was only 5 minutes before closing. Terry was the employee who answered the phone and said he would be happy to install it even if he had to stay late (a competitor auto parts store that was closer to me had said no). He looked up the vehicle and had two options ready upon arrival. And he and another employee stayed until at least 9:30 to install it and a battery for another customer who also arrived just before closing.

I went to the store today for my broken brake bulb. As first time handle this type of issue, I am completely lost. Jasmine helped me find the parts I need, and she even helped me to install the bulb and windshield wipers. She’s so attentive and sweet. Love her so much! You made my stressful day went so much easier!

I always forget to leave my reviews this is my favorite Auto zone I will drive across town just to come here , I always get the best service from this store James, Ted and Terry are great they are such gentleman they never have an attitude they always go above and beyond for their customers, thank you all so much .

Terry is a fantastic team member and helped my day go from stressful to stress-free. I had a small issue that rendered my car undrivable over long distances, but Terry helped me find the right part quickly and without hassle. He didn't know it, but I was headed out of state that morning for a medical school interview, and his friendly intervention flipped the tone of my morning and got me successfully on my way in under 10 minutes (plus with newfound confidence in my ability to fix my own car problems). 5 stars to the store for being the only auto parts store in Gainesville that was carrying the part I needed, and 5 stars to Terry for fantastic customer service.

The Customer Service is garbage it’s three employees in the store and I have been here waiting in line for almost fifteen minutes and as soon as I started writing this post the line began to move but James M is really a nice guy he was really helpful
