I made it there around 9.30 am and there were two before me. I was out by around 11 or so. I've owned this truck for 10 years. After he was done, Its never driven better.”

“Usually service is fine. Just be mindful of rushing customers out. Out of the 16 items on this checklist I know for certain 6 weren’t done even though stated it was. I had to stop and buy my own windshield wiper fluid since I was completely out and they didn’t bother to check. Please try not to fall into the motions. I expect the full service I’m paying for — every time. Thank you.”

“Staff was super friendly. I appreciated the way in which I received texts with full details about what my car needed, with a price, and a way to approve or decline each service from a web portal. The over eccentric USA decor was a little over the top ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. But mainly my biggest complaint is that they quoted me $400 to replace my battery. I may not know much about cars - but this is WILD. Saved $200 by going to auto zone for a battery where they took the 5 minutes to install it for free. I’m not saying people shouldn’t be paid a living wage, but…$200 for five minutes? A bit much.”

I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off, and the techs there have many years of experience unlike some other shops in town that hire direct from Santa Fe College and charge an hourly rate that’s warranted for a 10 year veteran.”

“We recently had a minor accident that wasn't our fault. Our car is only 14 months old. The other company provided a very low-ball quote to repair the bumper, grill, headlight and who knows what else might be wrong because the appraiser did the quote based on only pictures. ?
I spoke with Erica in the morning the other day, who was a pleasure to speak with. We called back to make sure she received the information that was emailed. At that time, we actually spoke to Mr. Dave Barber's, who confirmed the info was received. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was concerned that we were driving with the bumper flopping around, so he told us to come by to see if they could clip it back in temporarily until we could get it fixed. Unfortunately it couldn't be clipped so they used duct tape! He assured us that they deal with difficult insurance companies all the time and usually have to file supplemental claims so that the proper repairs can be made. They are a family owned business and have been around since 1965. They also told us that they can assist in coordinating a car rental while the car is in their shop getting repaired.
We are happy that we found them and look forward to getting the car repaired.”

“Went from Jacksonville to Homosassa to pick up a pontoon boat. On the way there, we felt vibrations in our pickup truck. Called ahead they said "Come on". Unbelievably, we had five guys immediately come out, working together, took 4 35 inch tires off, balanced each one and reinstalled. 1 hour work cost us only $150 for all four tires. I have never been to a place where are crew worked so fast and so together, to get us back on the road, quickly. I would recommend 10 Stars if possible!!!!”
“This was the most phenomenal service we have ever had at a tire repair. We were on our way back from a camping trip about 4 hours from home when one of our tires separated late in the afternoon. We were about one hour from this location when this happened, but this was the only location with a tire in the size that we needed. Stephen stayed till 6pm on a Sunday to see us so that we could get back home and not have to stay in a hotel. Not only that, but Stephen insisted we not rush and to stay safe driving. To say that we are grateful is an understatement. I wished we lived closer so that we could go back here again.”

“Purchasing my car at Tomlinson was an incredible experience. The website says no hidden fees so NATURALLY I looked for the hidden fees. I was surprised to find that they were actually being honest. No fees!
It’s still surreal that we left Tomlinson paying exactly what Bill Carter said we would. The quality of the vehicle is excellent, and we didn’t feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle or buying a whole bunch of add-ons.
Tomlinson’s biggest selling point is their honesty, integrity, and no pressure approach to selling vehicles.
They don’t advertise and their reputation speaks for itself. Bill was amazing during the whole process. He explained everything and the process took maybe an hour and a half to finish the purchase.
The last car purchase I had at a different dealership took at least 4 hours and I was “hooked up” with additional fees.
All in all, I know where I’ll be purchasing any of my family’s future vehicles. Tomlinson earned my trust and respect.”
