I had a check engine light start blinking on my road trip to Gainesville and took my car to Auto ER to have them check it out. The entire experience was excellent. Rachel, the Assistant Manager and my main contact, went above and beyond to explain the estimate process and the repair. She treats you like family. The vibe of the whole place is that the employees enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about helping people.

Tried to start my car after work and discovered my battery was dead. Couldn't drive anywhere but auto ER was walkable. Called auto ER archer road and despite not having a battery in stock they offered to have one driven in from their warehouse. 15 minutes before closing. And they offered to drive me back to my car so I didn't have to walk back carrying the battery. It's not just auto ER it's auto social work. 5 stars.

I have a very rare vehicle that most mechanics are afraid of. I took it here for swapping the brake master cylinder and they took great care of it! The staff were all respectful and professional. In particular I'd like to thank one of their mechanics, Marshall. This man was VERY meticulous about everything he did, he was extra careful not to damage anything, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND in multiple ways. I am absurdly grateful. I will be taking my vehicle here, and only here, from now on. I am beyond pleased.

I drive for a living, and I heard a concerning noise in my car so I stopped in to see if I could figure out what was going on as I had just had new tires installed about two weeks ago.
Dustin Littleton took the time to not only assess my vehicle, but he moved the schedule around to help me replace both rear bearings which had gone bad in a timeframe that allowed me not to miss any work assigned to me for the day.
Service like this is not the usual these days, and so the fact he took the time to not only care, but also ensure that my problem was corrected as quickly as he did would have earned 10 stars if it was available to grade that well!
I will definitely be using this store on sixth Street for my future maintenance and repair needs, so thanks again to Dustin and his entire team!

Super friendly staff Mike was amazing my tire shredded at the Wawa right next to them Mike was awesome I had all my kids with me an Mike took his time with them an me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Melissa was extremely helpful in our hopeless situation-- our car broke down on the way to vacation, so we were not familiar with anything in the area. -- The locals were quick to recommend Auto ER
I now know why-- I never felt like we were being ripped off, never felt like the diagnosis was embellished. Melissa really wanted to help and keep it as budget friendly as possible. She knows her stuff. She did all the legwork dealing with the warranty company-- she kept in touch with us as things progressed-- -- The mechanics were extremely friendly and explained the issue, showed us what they were referring too -- overall a great experience dealing w/ a crappy situation
We are back on the road again thanks to this great team!!

I went to Auto ER in order to have two of my tires replaced and to get an oil change. I was very pleased with with how they were able to find an opening for me within 24 hours, since I arrived with no prior warning. Thanks to Rachel for her help in scheduling the work on my car and making sure the process went smoothly after my tire blew out. Very friendly staff as well as a very clean and nice waiting area.

The engine shield from my car fell and was dragging on the road. They were able to get me in the same day to see if they could repair it. They needed to order a new one as mine had been damaged. They removed the old one at no charge and gave me an estimate to replace it. No pressure to have them do the work there which I appreciated. I ultimately scheduled the work with them a week later and they were prompt and efficient. Their mechanic even stayed beyond his normal work hours to complete the job. Highly recommend.

First time needing to use a car repair shop in quite awhile. Chose this one due to feedback I had seen here. Had some issues with price quotes for work stated to be done, spoke with one of their managers, Mike. He agreed with my concerns and was very helpful. Then after several days troubleshooting/diagnostic work on car’s problem of not starting, and being told it was one problem and then being told initial work done was not done correctly, I was not confident the root of the problem would be found by them and was considering towing to a different shop. Mike was very understanding and asked I give them more time, after he went above and beyond to make it right due to work done to that point not working. I agreed, and a few days later, they did in fact find the cause and repaired it efficiently. Due to the professionalism and outstanding customer service shown by Mike, and his willingness to listen and work together to find resolutions, I will not hesitate to use this location in the future. Thank you Mike and team!

Melissa and Rachel treated me with kindness and professionalism. I called yesterday and Melissa got me an appointment for today. I was there waiting no more than 15 minutes and the problem was solved that Jenkins KIA couldn't solve the last 3 times I was at their shop.On top of that it was no charge. They have gained a new customer and I am definitely recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much.
