I was traveling to Gainesville from Naples and a check engine light came on. We called Gainesville and they said we could bring it in they did a diagnostic test told us the problem and was said it was ok to drive it. We were unable to get it fixed in Gainesville because we needed to return to Naples same day. They were amazing and I wished I could have done service there because we brought it to Naples and for the same service issues they were 40% higher. Would recommend this dealership.

The team at Gainesville did a great job form start to finish. The address the issue that I came in for and reached out to Audi of south Austin about the matter of their work and things that they didn’t fix which cause my tire to wear uneven and blow out. So thank you for handling an going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.

Awesome Customer Service!!! I brought my Q7 in due to an air conditioning issue and worked with Brad. I am grateful for Brad's customer service and attention to detail. He communicated well throughout my vehicle being serviced as there was a delay in obtaining one of the parts. He provided a loaner vehicle for the two+ weeks the car was there which was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to Brad and the Audi team for the attention and courtesy whenever I bring my car in for service at Gainesville Audi. There never has been a time that the team wasn't friendly, helpful, and kept me informed on progress. Definitely a great customer service oriented team that always put their clients first!

The whole experience at Audi from sales to service is exceptional. I brought my car in for regular service on a Saturday, all was good and then two days later I rolled in with a flat tire that had just happened. They really took care of me then, gave me a place to store my lunch since I was on my way to the doctor. Had everything fixed and ready to go when I got back and then gave me snacks. Great customer service which resulted in much less stress for me ?

I love my new A4, I would like to thank Thomas and the whole Audi Gainesville staff. Thomas made the whole process seamless, and gave me time to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted. He was quick and attentive to answer my questions. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying from an Audi dealer to drive the extra hour or two, and visit Audi Gainesville. Their smaller size allows their team to take their time with you and make sure that you’re satisfied. I will definitely be returning to Audi Gainesville for my next Audi in a few years.

I live in a North Florida city that has a Porsche, Mercedes and BMW dealership. I have purchased at least one brand from the dealership through the years. In my opinion the dealership was sorely lacking in both sales and service. Then came the Covid pandemic. I went to my local Porsche dealer to buy a new 911. Pretty much a plain vanilla one. Still a nice car but honestly a dime a dozen. My local dealership wouldn't budge on a $20,000 add on, as well as thousands in extra "dealer prep" charges. Note that the 911 I wanted would be delivered to the Atlanta Experience Center, and never would be anywhere near the dealership prior to delivery. In addition, I personally don't know anyone who was offered a loaner car during service. The best the local dealership could do for them was to drop them off at Enterprise Car Rentals. So, having had two Audis previously, and had experienced Audi Gainesville's no pressure sales and highly competent service, I called down and spoke to Thomas Rabe, one of the salesmen. The car I was looking for, while not exactly a rare model, is exported in small enough numbers as to be a little hard to find. In contrast with the local Porsche dealer, who, it seems to me, gets very few allocations of any model but mostly base Macans, Audi had not one but 2 of these hard to find models (RS6 Avant). Here's the even nicer part, Audi Gainesville will not take advantage of a disaster like Covid to vastly raise their prices. To my knowledge, Audi Gainesville will not price a car over sticker. Good for them.And here's the best part for me, in the event my car needs service, Audi Gainesville will drive a nice new Audi from Gainesville to my driveway 2.5 hours away, pick up my car, and leave the loaner with me. When my car has been serviced, the process is reversed. They do not charge for this service, although I will tip the driver. For me, that's even better than having a local dealership.In short, I've owned many high end European cars in my life. I've learned that most brands are pretty nice. But ultimately it's the sales and service that make or break the experience. I have never been let down by Audi Gainesville.

Buying my CFO 2021 Audi Q8 in September was very smooth and efficient, with delivery to St. Pete, Florida. That part of my experience was pleasant, and the sales and business department were very professional. However, I've had two issues thereafter, and am sorely disappointed with service. First, I had been overcharged around $1,200; Audi Gainesville took over three weeks to send to me my refund. And, when I first started the on-line/phone purchase process, I made it clear that the only part of the process that worried me was not being able to smell inside the car. The sales person assured me there were no problems. However, the car STILL has a strong cologne odor. Though I have repeatedly reported this problem to sale and service, no one has offered any solutions. My Q8 still has this problem. Daily I await help.

I first got my A3 in Gainesville from another dealership and was lucky enough to work with the staff at Audi Gainesville. They helped me through repairs, were honest and an absolute joy to work with. I legitimately enjoyed coming in and talking with Devin or the other service providers. When I moved to South Florida, I realized truly how much I had taken a good, reliable dealership for granted. Not only were the dealerships in South Florida dishonest and rude, the price was 4x anything in Gainesville (diagnostic fee 380 vs 89 in Gainesville!). Having an emergency situation with my car and having to take It to a dealer in the area, they took advantage of me and didn't answer my questions. I called the Gainesville Audi and spoke with Patrick - even not being there, Patrick helped answer my questions, explain the problem that I was having and helped lead me in the right direction. He gave me suggestions (as I was facing a 5k repair) and truly helped talk me through the situation. Quite literally what pembroke pines audi failed to do.I'm grateful for Patrick taking the time out of his day to speak with me on the phone. For both him and Devin providing me with service during my time in Gainesville and going beyond their roles to assist me. Please don't hesitate to take your car here.
