My experience as a fairly new patient was great. The receptionist Erica, assistant office manager Brianna, and my hygienist Mina provided excellent customer service. The office manager Carlos assisted me during my appointment on last week and he also provided excellent customer service. My hygienist Mina went above and beyond by calling me yesterday on my way to my 11:00 appointment with her. I was running about 15 minutes late for my appointment. When Mina called she was very polite, and expressed concern to make sure everything was okay and asked if I was still available for my appointment. Honestly, when I saw Aspen Dental’s number calling me around 11:10am, I expected to be told I was late for my appointment and need to reschedule, but instead Mina was courteous and understanding as to the reason I was running late and she told me to drive careful and she would see me soon. I was like “wow,” this was unexpected and rare to be treated like a valued patient. My visit as well was the best I had experienced during my 40 plus years of going to the dentist.Mina was very thorough with explaining the process step by step of my deep cleaning. She was also thorough with answering any questions I had during the procedure, as well as questions I had with aftercare. On a scale of 1-10, I rate my visit from beginning to end a “10.” I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Aspen Dental. Chiney Jones Wallace

The worst experience I have ever had in what should haved been a professional setting. I would never recommend the Archer Rd location to anyone. ALL of the staff needs to be trained on professionalism, customer service...EVERYTHING. The dentist was very nice and personable, he needs help. His staff is the worst ever. Twas not the season to be jolly for them at all. The Office Manager is the worst, which explains why the staff around her is lost as well. I was not prepared for this awful experience

My experiences with Aspen dental started out great with Dr Kang. I had two teeth removed and a temp partial made up, within a reasonable $1,500. Last month I went back to get three more teeth removed due to extremely bad conditions as I am also in planning of getting FULL implants. But the second visit didn't go at all. Dr Kang is no longer there and somebody else is doing all the work. I had made an appointment for just as I said, the removal of teeth. After I got there, they went right to work with making scans and taking notes. When the doctor came in, he started making all kinds of other plans which ranked up to $2,200 before the first tooth was complete because he wanted to drill, root canal, fill and cap. I told him I didn't come there for that whatsoever and to stop making suggestions that I was forth front against having. His comment was that he is not in the business of removing teeth, he is only there to save teeth. I emphasize that I am getting implants eventually and I'm not spending that kind of money on something I'm not keeping. The doctor would not budge all he wanted to do was all this extra work that I didn't want and refuse to be getting. Eventually I walked out of there and I was irately upset. I was getting ready to write reviews for days afterward, but since I couldn't keep my cool when I was thinking of what I was writing I never had. Well today I got a bill. Can you believe that? A bill for something I told him I did not want.If they think they can make appointments for people for getting one thing done and then refusing to do it and then getting paid for that appointment they're absolutely out of their mind. I had a wonderful experience here today. I’m usually apprehensive about going to the dentist, but they made me feel right at home. Alicia was especially helpful. She let me know what kind of procedures I would have done and kept me informed every step of the way. Her level of professionalism was particularly impressive. She is a true asset to your office and the patients that you attend to. In fact, I think she deserves a raise! Have a nice day!

As someone who was terrified of dentists, this place changed me. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment and feel genuinely happier about my smile. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted for a price that, while reasonable, still hurt my pocket. I got financed through them and now it seems a lot more manageable. I was given a treatment plan, full instruction on cleaning and caring, as well as all the supplies I needed to do it. Again, as someone who actively avoided dentists, this place has been a great experience.I need to add as well, Jonathan made the entire experience extremely comfortable. During the X-Rays all the way to my extraction. The doctor, Albert Rophie, was exceptional. I almost passed out due to nerves and he immediately rectified the situation and offered it in the form of a lesson to the dental assistant. Extremely professional.Edit: remembered the doctors name!

Today's visit at Aspen Dental was a wonderful experience. Every single person I had even the shortest of dealings with was so pleasant and accommodating. I will continue with my treatment plan, as well as follow-ups. I'll also recommend your office to friends and family.

Stay away, rude receptionists and trying to call into is terrible. This location is known to the chain as having rude people there, the person I spoke to hung up on me. I am doubting that they even have an office manager. If I wanted patients, I would fire the lot and start again. I know it is hard finding people to work, but you have a staff that is driving customers away from this location. I will drive 15 minutes down the road or go anywhere else.

Still the same , after few weeks of asking for a receipt , finally calling the billing department they sent it to us and then realized that they did different things that the estimate billing said . Also never got the X-ray that shows my daughter cavity , they sent only the front of the X-rays and the cavity is in the posterior part. I paid $160 and I know now they probably wants to charge me what the insurance didn't cover , after my daughter told them she only a went there for pain in one tooth . They did a whole exam with X-rays when she told them she did it 3 months before and they probably knew the insurance wasn't going to cover because my daughter told them the comprehensive and cleaning is only covers every 6 months and she told them she did it in June . Very bad place . The manager told me when I call that they did all the service the estimate shown and when we ask for a bill n the bill shows different things .

I had moved had same dentist for many years. We looked around I was having some issues with a tooth. I came into Aspen everyone is super nice, very helpful. My dentist is very personal. I had the best experience. I would recommend them.

I think this place isn’t exactly “above board” but I hesitate to use the word “SCAM”. They told me I had to have a deep cleaning on my teeth. I agree I do need a cleaning. The deep cleaning costs over $1,000 dollars. I asked if I could just get a regular cleaning and was told that would be “illegal as it was not a part of my treatment plan” … when I inquired as to why I was told that “the practice could lose their license” if they gave me a different cleaning. I then explained that I have never heard of this before and that I do have a doctor in my family and I would ask if that was legal/ a thing. When I mentioned that I would check with my family member I was then told “ well I can double check that…” to which I politely declined. I will give one star because the staff was nice and friendly and I did like the doctor. Other than a good staff… the visit only consisted of X-rays and imaging and not a whole lot more.

My overall experience was amazing!! Everyone was so polite and patient. I've never been so comfortable at a dentist in my life. Jonathan was a key factor of making my experience with Aspen Dental amazing. He not only informed me about things I had no idea about. He also comforted my by making conversation with me while I waited while giving me insight on the overall jist of things.

Alicia was beyond helpful to me at the front desk. She was pleasant and super sweet. She took the time to go over pricing and appointments and she made the process as easy going as possible. This office overall has provided a great experience for me!

Overall great service. Mina is awesome! She’s super nice and gentle. Financially however, it’s shocking when some procedures are a little pricey and sometimes still aren’t completely covered with two insurances. But the great service they provide make me feel good about coming back.

I recently visited the Aspen Dental, and I must say, it was a positive experience overall. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient in handling paperwork and insurance details. Two names that stuck out to me during my visit were Hunter and Shai who were both extremely helpful while I went through the processes.

Incredibly pleased that they got us on for an appt same day. The staff worked well with our schedule, making sure he was taken care of. Jonathan is an excellent technician, answered our questions to the best of his ability. This location uses the latest technology for oral scanning and x-rays. Mina, the hygienist, was wonderful and accommodating. Dr. Rophie was excellent and swift with his assessment. Overall, this location is amazing. Will come back.
