Customer service goes a long way. I set my appointment up last week and wanted to confirm they would accept my insurance (which my insurance company already said they would). A receptionist calls me 2 days before my appointment. I have speech problems and sometimes I can't control it. I was talking as slow as I can trying to figure out what she needed off my insurance card and all I hear is a gasp and the phone hangs up. I'm sorry but if you will treat me wrong over a phone I'd hate to experience how I'm treated in person. Strongly wouldn't recommend going here.

To be fair to the friendly and professional technician I gave this company 1 star. I had my new patient appointment today and requested dental cleaning. After taking multiple X-rays and having an evaluation, they refused to do the “basic cleaning” that is covered by my insurance policy. Instead, they insisted that they could only do a “deep cleaning” because I needed it and that would cost $300 out of pocket. Ridiculous! This place does not care if you can only get the procedures that are covered by your insurance policy. The goal is to try to get as much out of you as they can. I took my X-rays and left. I will find honorable dental care that can provide the services covered by my insurance police since “deep cleaning” is not in my budget right now. I won’t patronize any company that practices solely for profit. Your patient needs should always be prioritized. So, today I paid a deductible for X-rays and an evaluation. I did not receive any treatment whatsoever. They took both me and my insurance company for a ride.
Customers beware!!
I hope that this will help you to find a better dental home for yourself and your family.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. My first experience with Aspen dental was 12-9-2024. And it was a phenomenal experience. I literally set an appointment up online I showed up. The issue that I was having with my tooth was rectified the SAME DAY!! And from the moment I showed up, I felt welcomed not only that the most important I felt heard. They took the time out to listen to my issues and concerns and what choice I wanted to do with my mouth. They didn’t try to force any treatment plan on me like my old Dentist Office. The doctor I was giving Dr. B Rophie Actually set and explained everything to me thoroughly and TOGETHER we came up with a great treatment plan. He could tell that I was nervous doing the procedure, but he talked me through it. He made sure I was OK throughout of it and that put my nerves at ease. Knowing that I have a doctor that not only knows his work but also care about the comfortability of his patient that was over the top. After everything, he sat and listened to the questions that I had and answered everything clearly in a way that I could understand. He even explained how to take my prescriptions. They also have a payment options if you can’t pay all at once.
Like, how cool is that? Especially for someone like me that has a ton of bills, That really helped me out.
Leaving one dentist office because of their incompetence I was stuck on trying to find me a new dental home. And I found that within Aspen. I am grateful to finally be a part of the Aspen dental family, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. They are stuck with me! So if you’re looking for a dental home, stop by Aspen dental and I promise you you won’t regret it.

Definitely not 5 starts if I could give none I would. I would never recommend any one to come here the experience I had was the worst ever. As a front they all seem really nice but the reality is they are very shady. There are 2 Doctors here that are brothers. I had an evaluation done was told I needed someone work done the brothers were going to each have a roll in what I needed done but it became very awkward when the first doctor asked the second doctor if he could perform his part. With out looking at my ex rays or even looking at the evaluation exam he immediately said yes. The original doctor questioned him Evan asked if he wasn’t going to look at the X-rays to make sure and then insisted he look at them when he brushed it off. Everything was very weird after that. The day of the procedure o was to take medication for sedation before I got there and I did. Next thing I know I’d the day of the procedure they made me get out if the chair and said they could not perform any of the procedures that were scheduled and had me leave all drugged up. When I called the next day they said that the second doctor did not feel comfortable being my dr and that the first one would be the only one seeing me when I asked why they could not go e me a response and I requested a refund and found a different doctor and will never be back nor will my children.

Exceptionally kind and professionally operated. I felt welcome and was comforted during the procedure by the young tech. I was incredibly nervous and she could tell. Sometimes it’s little things like that, that make even a horrible experience endurable. The dentist was great too. And everyone took the time to explain things to me. I love you folks.

I’ve been running away from dentistry for awhile afraid of the pain, mind you with government dental insurance 🤩. I finally talked myself off the cliff and went to Aspen Dental on Archer Rd.🥰🥰 I’ll just say HANDLED WITH CARE* made me VERRRRYYY COMFORTABLE at ease with the white coat fear😳😱. I had a broken wisdom tooth taken out, it was out in 3,2,1 🚀 before I could think about the surgery/pain it was OUT 🦷 .. yesssssss I’ll be back to finish the rest of my dental work and the pricing was reasonable not bad at all🥰🥰

My son was in pain with a wisdom tooth. I was able to get him a same day appointment and handled everything over the phone. They gave me up front pricing of a 29.00 dollar visit which ended up being 39.00 and the extraction fee of 211.00 which I was charged 289.00.

Incredibly affordable exam, crown, and implant! Aspen Dental uses the latest gadgets which made for a much easier implant surgery than a past clinic I went to for a dental implant. Highly recommend.

Very nice people but the yearly cleaning is just brushing and flossing your teeth. Just an fyi.
