“Way better than dorm living freshman year! The pool is so nice to have on hot days and my room is huge and clean which is all I can ask for. There are sometimes problems with the AC and plumbing but not too inconvenient.”
“Wildflower is a great place to live. Amenities are gorgeous and porches are amazing. Office staff and maintenance respond quickly and friendly. Parking is the best in Gainesville. Location to UF and hospital cannot be beat. Loved my two years here.”
“I lived here for the last two years and I think these are the best apartments I have ever stayed at. It had everything on my wish list - a tennis court, covered basketball court, dog park, and a loft unit facing the pool with a huuuge balcony. My unit gets tons of natural light during the day and with the pool reflection, I wake up to a beautiful Florida sunshine every morning :) As a remote worker, a great work/live experience mattered to me and this checked all the boxes. On top of that, the Park Lane team is great, they are warm, friendly, and responsive — they do fun community events too! Shout out to Lynne - thank you for your warmth and kindness, Jose who greets me most mornings, and John who is always attentive to my unit requests. My neighbors are also so very nice. I will miss living here and would definitely stay here again in the future.”

3700 Windmeadows Blvd, Gainesville“Nick the maintenance man was great! We had a large ac leak after hours and he responded in a timely manner. He was patient and provided excellent customer service. We appreciate his hard work for coming to help so quickly during non-business hours!”
“Safe to say this is by far the best apartment I've stayed at. Staff is super friendly plus they do community events like making your own pizza. The whole complex is super clean and maintenance is super quick to fix any issues. Definitely will be renewing. (Good prices too!)”
“I requested an air conditioner problem that wouldn’t cool the apartment below 77. Mike responded fast fast! I am so thankful that Hunter’s Crossing cares about us. I signed up for year two. Thank you for everything.”
“I’ve lived here since signing a lease as a freshman, before the building was even finished, and now I’m preparing to graduate this spring in the same apartment. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The apartments are stunning, with an incredible view, bright white finishes, and a modern furniture package that makes the space feel open and inviting. My favorite feature is the kitchen, especially the huge island—it’s perfect for hosting friends.
Beyond the aesthetics, the staff is outstanding. Marissa, the property manager, goes out of her way to learn everyone’s name and always greets residents with a smile. The maintenance team is equally impressive, quickly resolving the few issues we’ve had.
Choosing to live here was one of the best decisions I made in college. With all the chaos that comes with student life, it’s been a relief to have housing I could always count on.”
“I've been a resident for some time now, and I can't say enough good things about it. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are fantastic, and the apartment manager, Danielle , is truly exceptional. Her dedication to fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere sets this place apart. She’s communicative and so kind. I appreciate the staff altogether .”
“I Love Living Out Here I Been Out Here For 2yrs The Office Staff Is Amazing The Maintenance Tech Are Awesome When Ever I Have A Issue Or Problem It’s Handle Right Away & Yes I Would Recommend Family & Friends To Live In Arbor Park”
“I lived here for nearly two years and had a great experience. Maintenance requests were addressed the next day, the management team was very supportive, and the location was convenient for commuting to the University or other places, thanks to multiple bus options. Additionally, having SNAP right across the road was very useful during late nights when buses were not running.”

505 SW 72nd Way, Gainesville“My husband and I moved from Washington state to Gainesville. The Leasing Manager Keanna has made the entire process a breeze. Everything from getting approved for an apartment to move in day was simple. The apartment looks great. It looks just like the virtual tour. The only issue is the washer is not working. However, I put in a maintenance request and am hopeful it will get fixed soon. I’ll update this review with maintenance response time soon!Update: Maintenance is super quick to respond compared to other apartments I've lived in.”
“The manager is strict, the rules are followed and the complex is clean and painted, some people throw the garbage outside the container, or on occasions they arrive with loud music in the cars but nothing that cannot be tolerated, due to the cheapness of the rent.”
“My son’s hot water stopped working at his apartment. I contacted maintenance who determined this was an emergency and would be sending someone out. Maintenance responded out and fixed the issue without delay.”
“nice place they really did boost up their management recently. Coffee machine is currently broken. Internet sometimes lags while playing video games. They have pool tables, a gym no barbell but dumbbells, very nice pool and jacuzzi.”
“I stayed here for my last year at UF and it was really nice. The gym and pool areas are very clean and well maintained. The only complaint I had was the trash situation can be difficult being in the rear building. There was no trash shout for the rear building. Other than that the rooms are very nice and they are quick for fix issues if you have any . I would recommend staying here anytime.”
“Lived here for for 3 years, here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
- For the price, you can't beat the location (I paid $700-$800 for a 3/3)
- Nice gym, pool
- Never lost a package or delivery
- Really nice and helpful front office staff
- Cheap resident parking
- Free visitor parking
- Not as loud as other student apartments
- Maintenance staff will come after hours (once at 1AM on a Sunday)
Cons:
- Can usually hear people on the floor above you
- Thin walls
- My room was not cleaned well when I first moved in
- Maintenance was really good my first 2 years here, but got worse after ownership change
- The apartment gets very dusty very fast, I cleaned it regularly
- Very old appliances, two of the ranges on my stove broke
- Toilet had constant flushing issues, had to hold down for 10 seconds to ensure no overflow
- Funky smell from the sink (at times)
- Shower pressure isn't amazing, but acceptable
If you are paying upwards of $1000 per month, I would look elsewhere, but for the price it's a very good apartment place and I would recommend it
At the end of the day, it's student living and you get what you pay for”
“Recently I contacted this property for a viewing on a unit. Not only did the young lady (Christina) approach me with a smile but, she was very professional. The units I viewed were clean but more spacious than most apartments. The amenities are also a great bonus. Not only are there amenities for me and my family but, also amenities for our fur family as well. Over all looks like a great place to live. I toured the 1br1ba as well as the 2bd 1.5 ba units. Also I did not have an appointment scheduled to see either of them but, the young lady made it happen. Thank you for your time professionalism Christina..”
“I work for a vendor that these folks use !!! They are super easy to work with and I believe that we together get it done as a team !!! Kista is great to work with !!!”

311 SW 13th St, Gainesville“The social is at a convenient location. As an UF student, if it's in your budget and you can get a good roommate situation, its definitely worth considering this place. Its right near sorority row and the college of education. Plenty of night life at a walkable distance, and a Publix for groceries also. A plethora of food options nearby if you are a foodie like myself. Overall, I recommend it for sure if you're a busy college student without reliable transportation.”
“Cazabella has really improved the quality of the apartments and management. Before I moved in, I was very nervous because of the bad reviews online, but I did it anyway, and thus far, I have been very satisfied with my apartment and the management and maintenance staff. I would suggest signing for one of the renovated apartments, as they come with new floors and new appliances. But, overall, I have been very happy here. My appliances work, I have not had any bug issues (even through the heat of August/September), my AC works great, and the apartments are very spacious. The apartment is not perfect, of course, but my "complaints" are really just personal preferences. Sometimes you have to call the office multiple times to get ahold of someone, but I think a lot of that has to do with new management adjusting. I am confident that the office will continue to improve and I currently plan on re-signing my lease.”
“Hello, I visited this place for information for my girl. I liked the place and the staff were very attentive and they answered all my questions. Very kind. Miguel and Damián are waiting to see if this will be the place for my daughter.”
“i have lived here for almost a year now and was going to leave but a new owner has come in and has totally revamped the place! The buildings have new paint, all the landscaping is new, they are updating all the buildings with beautiful countertops. The new staff is also very friendly! this has been a huge transformation over the past 2-3 months, I am happy that I have renewed my lease”
“I just moved into Campus Circle a few weeks ago and am thoroughly impressed with the high quality of all facilities/amenities! Brandy has been extremely accommodating to us with early move in, getting packages sorted, and any issues we have had! The amazing staff have made living here a pleasure!”
