Walked in the shop looking for a specific Gator golf hat that I could not find anywhere. The owner was very helpful and even though they didn’t have it in stock I ordered exactly what I wanted and it was shipped to my home a few days later. I’ll be using their online store in the future and I wish I had known about this company sooner.

Do not go here! Alma Mater made a mistake with my order and REFUSED to either fix or discuss a solution with us. Instead, the owner Brian hid in his office and refused to even talk to us. They handed us the damaged and partly untouched products, took no accountability, told us to finish it somewhere else, and leave the store. I am shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect the store owner showed us. What a waste of time, money, and energy. I do not recommend anyone to go here!

I've gone into this store 3 times and was treated like I was bothering them. She didn't greet me when I arrived. When she finally came from the back she stood in the back doorway to talk to me. When I began asking questions about sceen printing and embroidering she acted like she didn't want to do the job. " She'd have to alter the image and she couldn't do wording and image together " Oh really the entire store had what I was asking for...DON'T SHOP HERE!

We do a lot of work with Alma Mater and are always pleased with the end result. My company has big orders that can be confusing but the team does a great job of keeping everything straight and the quality is great; the best embroidery in Gainesville! Can't say enough good things about Lotta and Lindsay!

Worst experience I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely unfriendly and plain mean. I'm so disappointed with the way I was treated here. On top of being expensive, this company (or at least the woman attending me) did not care about quality of product or customer satisfaction. I volunteer with a non profit that helps out kids with chronic heart conditions and I went in to get a simple embroidery done on stoles (for our graduating seniors) and the women just took my card did not bother to show me what the stoles looked like. Trustingly, I didn't think much of this so I paid and went to my car. While in my car I noticed the stitching was all messed up on 4 of the stoles, the lettering/sizing of the letters was HUGE (very unappealing), and overall not at all what we discussed. I went back simply to ask if there was anything we could do to fix it bc the people receiving them had dedicated four years to this non profit and would be taking this home, additionally we paid good money for these. The women was so rude and flat out said no and just looked at the door. I tried insisting but she did not care about our cause or how the fact the product was not at all what we ordered. Simply put DO NOT get your embroidery done here!!
