Great guy and excellent service. I brought in my 2010 gmc 3500 dually long wheel base that was eating the tires off after i did an emergency replacement of the tie rod and Idler arm assembly. I made it there around 9.30 am and there were two before me. I was out by around 11 or so. I've owned this truck for 10 years. After he was done, Its never driven better.

Charged me 120 for an alignment with adjustable aftermarket coil overs. In and out in 30 minutes with a clean alignment.

Mavis wouldn't align my 1991 Honda wagon - said they'd never done one like that (mostly stock except struts). He did it quick no problem.

He does pickup trucks too. This is our beloved Tundra SR5 with which we pull our foodtruck and the tires were eating on the outside only so I knew it was time to bring it in.
Tomorrow I will bring my 2004 Sienna for similar reasons.
Exceptional service like always. The Alignment Guy is the best. This is one of the best things about living in Gainesville and if I lived in Orlando or Jax, I would still come here just for this service and his good attitude and attention, I’m not even exaggerating. He is simply the best in Florida.

It is rare these days to see someone with great work ethic as this guy. Just keep quiet and watch and you will learn how an alignment should be performed. After the job was complete, he recommended that I purchase adjustable rear upper control arms. I knew this is a problem area for all Elements (not adjustable from the factory?) and the diagnostics showed the CA’s were worse than I thought. Price was incredibly reasonable for the for his caliber of expertise. I will be back!

Great place to take your vehicle. Yes, he has a brash demeanor but it's not personal. He was the same to me until I asked about his Chihuahua that was in his truck. That woman talking about him being racist is ignorant. The three guys getting their cars worked on before me were black and all of them had been to his shop multiple times. She was expecting a McDonald's experience from a man running his own business and he wasn't having it. If you know so much then do the work yourself. If words break your spirit, go elsewhere, is you appreciate knowledge and honest, hard work, you'll be pleased with Grady.
