Horrible service. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Both male and female staff just sat behind the counter with zero effort to be of assistance. Male employee just sat there mouth-breathing with a vacant stare and the female employee only stopped shoving food in her mouth long enough to be dismissive and have a condescending tone. Cricket service is great, this store is pathetic.

Eek, me thinks not isn't enough to cover the experience I had here. I tried so hard to not judge this location by appearances. It looks like it's in shambles, the store is BARELY maintained and you can tell the only thing the boys (not men, BOYS) who work there is wipe counters occasionally and maybe vaccume when they remember to glance away from their phones. The manager is a joke. He knows how to silver tongue talk his way into getting you to buy a phone but he is overwhelmingly rude. The other guy with him was EVEN MORE RUDE. They were both disrespectful and honestly a waste of my time (which I'm not even claiming is precious because let's be honest... It's really not.) The guy with glasses was really nice and Angel was literally an angel. I don't understand how any one else in that location but him is even the manager. I walked out with a phone because of him and him only. Every other person in that store needs to learn how to PROPERLY treat future and current customers. I almost left in tears but I certainly did not leave without a heavy heart and bruised self esteem. I don't write reviews usually. I am all for having a location have a by mouth reputation. I don't even think that I would have given this place any stars if it weren't for Angel. He's kind. He's patient. He's what you WANT in a sales rep... The others though... Would do really well to watch their mouths and have some compassion for those who might not understand technology so easily. Tl;Dr - The managememt is a joke. The parking lot is absolutely horrendous and the only saving Grace is a man named Angel. Seriously, save your time and go to any other Cricket location like the one in Alachua. It's farther but you'll actually feel like you spent your time wisely.
