After needing to switch brokers late in the game (a few weeks before closing), Marc's team pulled it off.... seemingly without a sweat. I got a good rate, was able to negotiate through all the steps remotely (live in MN, purchasing in FL), all with no problems. I wouldn't change anything (other than going straight to Marc next time) and would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to finance/refinance a home. Two. Thumbs. Up.

As a first-time homeowner, the mortgage process seemed daunting. However, Marc and the Advisors team made everything a very smooth process. Marc was very accessible to answer questions (including at night and on the weekend) and provided some good insight into the market. They were able to get me a very fair interest rate compared to the current average rates and helped get that locked in before projected market dips would make it worse. I experienced no issues using Advisors through the closing process and my experience so far has been very good.

Amazing group of people! If you are in Gainesville or near by and look for someone assisting you with a new home, I would recommend talking to Marc at the Advisor Mortgage group. He is very responsive and helpful. The process was less anxiety for us.
