Communication regarding appointments needs to be improved. Dr. Lalama was accommodating regarding our consultation and answered my questions. I don’t feel he clearly communicated all aspects of his treatment plan. I believe he mentioned it briefly in retrospect but pulling healthy teeth should be a major subject worthy of mentioning a few times at least.

Professional and experienced. Finally, found a real Prosthodontist. They don't make unrealistic promises. These are the right people for implants. Don't be fooled by promises of same day results from other places.

The service was good, but everything from there onwards became frustrating. The refund process was not properly explained, simply expect it in 2-4 weeks. After a final email where I demanded for an update on my refund do they finally tell me that all refunds are processed late next month. Had they said that in the beginning, there would have been no problem. Instead, each time I tried to contact they were dismissive and vague.It's a shame, the service was good, but that interaction ruined it.

The Dentist was rude and the assistant while using the suction tool ran it across the socket of a recently pulled tooth pulling out the clot and stitches. I will not ever use Advanced Denistry again and the VA dental clinic will be contacting community care to cancel the appointment set for Dec 7 and have the crown being made sent to the VA dental clinic. I expected to be treated with respect and definitely wasn't.

I am very concerned over the lead time for f/u appointments- 9 weeks isn’t satisfactory. Glad you are getting new patients at the new location but feel like us old timers are being left behind John Baker

Great people and perfect explanation of my options. I just wish there was a sign other than the arrow in the parking lot. No indication it is up the stairs, or that there is an elevator inside an unmarked door. Confusing for new patients.

Loved my experience. Moved to Florida from Philadelphia and felt so comfortable and look forward to going to the dentist now. Great people and very comfortable to talk to. I made my husband make an appointment for himself before I left my appointment.
