nice hotel, one of the nicest in Gainesville. great location, twelve min walk to O'Connell center. has a luxury feel at a reasonable cost. only downside, why the heck no NBC? had to go across the street for SNF.

Noisy guests late at night and loud Ac unit. The shampoo and conditioner need a new design. Love the hotel and the location.
