This storage unit is simply the best. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the customer service is consistently excellent. Even with unusually high temperatures, the air conditioning is set at a comfortable level, keeping our items safe from Florida heat and humidity. We have had units in other places and they have not even come close!

We have been customers of 43rd Street Storage on and off for many years and continue to be. They have always been helpful and accommodating. They attend to any concerns immediately and always make us feel that we and our business are important to them. Their facilities are clean and well maintained and their grounds include a beautiful “pond” with incredible trees that border it - so calming.

Please consider this place for storage in Gainesville. I housed my items there for 6 months with no issues. Super friendly staff and nice facility. Online payments available, making it easy.

Worst storage place ever. The ceiling caved in and ruined half of the stuff we had in storage. I left before my month was up removed all my stuff. Now they call and harass my mother who has stage four cancer. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. Please do not use this storage place. My mom being harassed during chemo treatments about a storage unit we haven’t used for months because the roof caved in and ruined all my stuff. The lady that runs the facility is very unprofessional.
