I had a Kelley Blue Book Cash offer for 3 local dealers and Phillips was one of them. They and one other dealer actually contacted me about the offer, the third didn't bother. When I went here, Brent helped me out. He was super nice and helpful. After checking out my car and speaking to the sales manager, he told me that if I wanted the full value listed in the offer, that I'd do better at the other dealer (It's a used car shop, not a big dealer). I wasn't planning on trading it in or purchasing a new vehicle. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the fact that they'd be so up front with me. Most dealers try to drag you along or talk you into something. While I didn't end up doing business with them (I went to that other place and they did give me what I wanted for the car), I now have a great impression of this dealership. I would totally do business with them in the future if I was in the market for a GMC or Buick. Plus their staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought a Ford explorer from Mark Bonner a year ago and almost right away it started having problems that were not disclosed to me. A week into owning it and the windshield molding came off and upon inspection was completed rotted. Mark never told me it needed to be replaced and when I called he said he couldn't do anything to help me. I had to replace the drivers side door molding as it was rotted out too. Now the car is leaking water in and causing the car to smell. If I could put zero stars if I could as I was not told about these issues and was then denied help when I called the dealership.

One of the easiest car buying processes. From Ronnie in sales, the Management I spoke with and Finance. I was in and out and decent time, was given the options I asked for and walked away with the car I wanted at a fair price. Great team. Will be back in the future.

My wife's 2021 Blazer had a fuel pump module issue. After GM roadside assistance towed our vehicle to another dealer, we were told it would be weeks before it was diagnosed, and longer for repair. I spoke with Jim prior to bringing our vehicle to Phillips, and he assured he would get on it. After 2 1/2 days of receiving the vehicle, Jim called that it was complete and ready for pickup. The parts came from NC, and yet was still finished in NO TIME! This is exactly how a successful service department should be ran. I will be purchasing and servicing all of my current and future GM vehicles from Phillips.

Cat did a great job and made feel relaxed. She made buying a car fun!Follow up:I brought my 2020Buick Envision in today because the Auto Stop was not working. I arrived at 7am and was helped quickly and was told by the Service Advisor that he would let me know what was needed to repair the problem. After 3 hours of not hearing anything I went to talk with Kiley Anderson (service advisor). He told me that in order to find the problem they needed to fully charge the battery. I asked him why he hadn’t come to me earlier to let me know what was going on. To make along story short, the management did a great job getting everything resolved. The used car department paid for a new battery which solved the issue. My experience with Kiley Anderson was not a good experience. All he had to do is communicate with me prior to me coming to him 3 hours after giving him keys. His failure to at the least admit to me that he could have done a better job or apologize for lack of timely communication shows lack of professionalism and or proper training.

Nice dealership. Don greeted me at the front door it was early morning, and I had been communicating with the online sales and thought I had an appointment.Apparently, online and on the floor sales don't communicate because the truck I wanted to see wasn't up front, ready for me to test drive.Anyway, Don took care of me !Very friendly and professional !I didn't make a purchase, but that's the way it goes .

I had an excellent experience with Phillips GMC. I never felt pressured to spend more than I had budgeted. The negotiation was stress free and they gave me a more than favorable price for my trade. Scott Hall, Blake Kelly, and the Sales Manager Matt Wilcox were a pleasure to work with. It was worth the 1 hour & 15 minute drive from Orlando to find a company who still does business this way.

This is a top notch car dealership. The service was excellent. Blake Kelly, and TJ were no pressure sales and finance people. You will not have to worry about hidden costs and unprofessional service. Their goal is the customer. I walked out with a fair deal and peace of mind. The experience was 3 hours of no stress. I was given the proper service from when I walked in, to when I left. I would recommend this as the first go to car dealership. They are honest and up front. Thank you for the great service.

This dealership keeps a good assortment of used vehicles especially pickups. I dealt with Ronnie and J.D. and the experience was good. No pushy tactics and everything upfront and explained. Lately dealer fees have gotten ridiculous but these guys are one of the most reasonable. Nice dealership and good people.

My experience with Phillips dealership was smooth and excellent. I worked with Mark Bonner and he made my purchase of my new vehicle very easy and fair. Mark went above and beyond to get me in a new vehicle and I am very thankful for him. The staff were all excellent and kind as well. This company is a great experience to purchase vehicles.

Had an electrical problem on my 2018 xl slt , it would not start , took it up to Phillips Buick GMC and Jim Berlin the service manager got right on it he dignosed it and called me back with in a hour Corfirming my suspicions were correct it was my fuse box. We ordered another one and a week later I’m back rolling with the guys???huge thanks to JIM and the Phillips Buick GMC family!

Phillips GMC is a pleasant dealership to work with. All went very well while purchasing my used vehicle from them. I received a good trade-in price for my car and the car I purchased. This is the first time that I actually enjoyed buying a car, thanks to Blake Kelly my sales representative and the staff working on Sunday, the financial officer, manager and the closing officer make my experience pleasant no hustle direct to the point, no sale games.
