“When I recently lost my phone I was in a panic.I went to for this store for help and I can say they went over the top for me.I had a million questions and they took their time and explained everything. They set me up with new service right away. When my old phone was turned in I was put back on my old phone without any problems. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely return to this store.”

UPDATE: Although this location has a very personable owner who was pleasant & friendly the three times I went there, the repair done to my device (replace broken screen/digitizer on my mobile phone) lasted less than about 30hrs.
I noticed when I returned home & more carefully looked over my newly repaired phone, that the perimeter of the screen was not entirely glued down in some spots & in others the glue was oozing from the edges. Within 2 hours of me picking the device up, the screen had cracked without any event that should've caused that to happen (& by then it was after hours).
The next day, at some point, the screen of the phone (while in the wallet case in my jacket pocket) became separated from the phone’s frame. The next time I removed the phone & opened the wallet case, the entire phone screen fell forward from the frame. The entire thing was very weird, to say the least. I felt like I was on Punk’d or something.
While I cannot hold the store responsible for something of which they were unaware, for the less-than-stellar workmanship on the device as it left the store, they are responsible.
However, I did not bring the phone back. I did not notify the store of this...at that point, after having had the phone “fixed” twice at two different places, I was defeated & just bought another phone.”
“We went to the Verizon store in Summerfield. To upgrade our phones and get new ones. And we worked with Joe and Walt. They were so knowledgeable and so helpful and helped my husband get his hearing AIDS connected and went over all the apps for me. Very, very great customer service would highly recommend this location for Verizon.”

“T-Mobile on Burnsed in Wildwood is wonderful! Before our recent trip to T-Mobile, any trip to our previous cell phone provider service store was painful …. Customer service was always non-existent and most representatives that we have had to deal with were less than helpful. But that all changed this week-end when we stopped by T-MOBILE.. We walked in and there was “no line, no wait”, which was quite refreshing, versus prior visits to our previous provider’s store, where we waited 45 minutes to be waited on by a less than helpful representative. And our T-Mobile visit only got better, the longer we were there. Our T-Mobile rep was SETH, and he was a true gem! He set up and synced new phones for us, and answered every question or concern that we had walked in the store with …… We are quite happy with T-Mobile as our new cell phone provider, as well as our in-home wi-fi service. Seth was outstanding to work with, and even though I have to give him a star rating between 1 and 5, he is definitely an 10 !! True Customer Service is still alive!”

“Who would have thought a boost store does phone repairs? well this store does. Hands down the best boost store I have been to. The staff is very insightful and they go above and beyond to help square away any issues with your phone or service. It's almost like they treat the customers problem with their phone as if it were their own. They did a great job repairing my phone. I was in and out with a new screen in less than an hour!!! Thought I was gonna have to buy a whole new phone and spend hundreds of dollars but they fixed my phone for less than $120”

Shortly after a recent software upgrade I noticed all my Calendar and Events were gone! Needless to say I was frantic because my entire life events are stored on my iOS calendar. Went online had excellent assistance with Chat feature, was then moved up to a tech, we spoke via phone and almost immediately the problem was resolved and all my data was back. And long before Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile, the plans were budget-friendly, the phones were solid, the reception was a little spotty in the rural areas, and our last 4G ?phones lasted almost 4 years!!! But they were finally dying. ? We decided it was time for New Phones! ? Thank you T-Mobile for the much-improved signal, and now with 5G, we have NO DEAD SPOTS! ? The audio is Incredible! “Been w/ T-Mobile seems like my whole cell phone life. They are all pretty good and get to you as fast as possible, depending on the day you go, that is. So, I'm kinda old & slow and not so good w/ Tech. But this young man Sergio Gil, who helped my husband that day, was so nice & patient in assisting me also. My device was so sensitive, that when I found what I was looking for it would disappear when I picked the thing up. It happened while I was at T Mobile and I just mentioned in passing how annoying it was. Sergio asked to see it. Don't know what magic thing he did, but don't have that issue any more. Someone came in and there were many people in the store. He made snide comments while he waited.
He ended up going to Evan who he had made the comment about due to the person Evan was waiting on before this man took a while.
