I would give negative stars if I could. My wife bought a car(GMC Terrain, claimed to be in great shape with one owner) from here in late December 2021. Car has had nothing but issues. We are now over $2000 in issues. We have reached out to this place and not one word back. Terrible cars and terrible customer service. Next step is going to be to the attorney general with complaint about this place. And if you feel you don’t want to trust my review just stay away from salesmen Don and Richard Kearns. Both have ignored my wife’s concerns about this vehicle they sold her. And I am talking troubling concerns that are dangerous for her and my daughter which she travels with. Buy elsewhere.

It is truly refreshing to do business with a car dealer who is completely honest and fair with their customers. I have made two purchases from them two years apart and I would definitely go back there today if I was looking for a used vehicle. They have my full recommendation if you are looking to make a purchase.

My husband and I started the search for a truck ! Had never heard of LANDCASTER AUTO . W went to all the "name brand" dealers..got the usual jerk around..we told them we were cash buyers..that didn't matter. We needed a bigger truck to pull our camper. One night our 16 year old granddaughter called and said..Nana, have you and Grandpa ever heard of Offer up..of course we hadn't...Well low and behold..between she and her dad they found our truck at LANDCASTER AUTO SALES..no pressure..owner said..here's the keys..if you would like to buy..my price is on the window. Test drive it....easiest buying either of us ever done. Beautiful Dodge Ram 1500. ? Thank you

Beautiful Silverado priced just right.Don gave me an honest and fair chance to do buisness (coming from over 2hrs away) as several people were left and right inquiring about the vehicle in the buying process. Don and Richard are a great sales team.Great service with a great deal! Defiantly would recommend and refer to family and friends in the future. Thank you gentlemen.
