This is for a selling experience. I had a fantastic interaction with Dale today at Honest Autos. I had wanted to sell my old 2014 Mazda and looked it up on Kelley Blue Book. KBB has an option to get a cash offer from 3 local dealers and Honest Auto was one of my options. I went to another dealer first and they told me if I wasn't planning on trading it in, they wouldn't give me as much money. They even recommend going to Honest Autos. I appreciated their honesty.When I got to Honest Autos, I was promptly greeted and asked to wait until their Buyer Agent, Dale, was free (I didn't make an appointment). He was ready for me in about 10 minutes. Dale was super friendly and knowledgeable. He and and another employee (I assume a mechanic), took my car out for a test drive. He came back, reviewed their findings and also reviewed the Kelley Blue Book offer. I had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed that altered the price by about $200 but I thought that was fair. I had done my research ahead of time and had a range in mind given the age and condition of my car. As a side note, this dealer is extremely accomodating. They had sent me an email and text once Kelley Blue Book notified them. They are also willing to drive you back home if you sell them your car, or they'll come to your home to do the transaction. My husband followed me, so I didn't need a ride, but that's a nice added service. I was literally out the door in under 30 minutes with a check in hand. I would totally sell a car to them again and I'd recommend them to others for the same service.

I drove 2 hours to pickup a truck from these gentlemen and they stayed late for me and made the process really easy. I am a stickler and I pointed every small thing out and they took it in stride. Really happy with the service and my truck! Thanks Eric!!

From the moment we stepped onto the lot we just knew this car buying experience was going to be different. We were looking for a reasonably priced, reliable car for our son as a gift for his 18th birthday. I called before we went and had the pleasure of speaking with Logen. He was so courteous, respectful and helpful right from the start. I can tell you we always dread going to car dealers and had visited almost 8 the day before prior to heading over to Honest Autos. At each one the experience was worse than the other. Until we got to Honest Autos. Logen welcomed us like we were family. He and my husband chatted about several vehicles and he was HONEST (yes I said it) giving us very straight and upfront opinions. We are from NY and my husband is a hard one to impress, especially when making big purchases - but he was very impressed with Logen. There was a mutual respect shown that made us feel appreciated for coming in - not just a sales pitch to get us in any car. He took time to listen to us. Once we made the decision to purchase the actual buying process was even easier. Not hours signing paperwork with hidden fees and "must haves" that other dealers push on you. Just HONEST upfront pricing and a solid deal. If you need a car we recommend heading over to Honest Autos and make sure to ask for Logen! He is the real deal. Thanks again Logan, you helped us make one 18 year old very happy!

Interview is concerning a friend of mine who dealt with honest Auto, I have heard day in and day out of all the problems he would have mustang. Finally put a new engine in. They were very unhelpful wouldn't pay for anything. Then the idea to make a comment like he doesn't want the card just bring it back you know where we're at. Knowing good and damn well you spends and thousands of dollars. It would have already paid for itself by now. My advice is to find someone else to deal with. Because they're not so honest. I wouldn't even give him a one-star but it made me otherwise it wouldn't let me post a review.

The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and concerns about my vehicle. Corey gave me an accurate estimate and had my vehicle ready in a timely manner. Excellent and professional service all around!

They had my vehicle for a week told me they drove it every day and they never seen any signs that there was anything wrong with it I get it back I’ve had it for four days I’ve drove it every day and it’s not drove right once since I got it back the idol is off and sometimes when you push on the gas pedal there’s no response.

Brian and Robert are awesome they fixed my sons car that had a serious safety issue with rapid speed so he would have his car for work and College. These guys seem honest, care about their customers, and make you feel like family!
