Avoid at all costs. We took our boat for repair and spent nearly a grand and when we took it on the lake it wouldn’t run. We brought it back in and proceeded to tell us it was going to be another $800 which was unacceptable as we already paid to have it fixed and it never worked after the first repair. Luckily we didn’t pay the second $800 as the boat is not even running again. They took our money the first time and wanted more and the boat is still NOT running. I’m not sure what kind of establishment the owners are running but stay very clear from this place of business as they will take your money and do absolutely nothing for it. Pitiful customer service.

I needed a quick turn around on a tour boat, they met all my expectations and were great to work with! I recommend them as your first choice if you need any work done.

After finally finding a rock gremlin out of Crystal River, I needed a prop refurbish and new lower unit. Aquamarine got it done in about three weeks and my prop looked brand new. Great, speedy service.

Stay as far away, horrible people to deal with, I went there after I waited three weeks for an appointment. my main complaint was my outboard shuts off after 10 or 15 minutes and does not start again. After I spend nearly $2000, and after my boat stayed with them for more than two weeks and plenty of phone calls to ask if my boat is ready or not, I was told the problem is fixed. I took the boat to the water, same thing happened, stuck on the water.Went back again and I was told sorry battery cable needed to be changed and they charge me $250.Took the boat to the water again, guess what? same problem I stuck on The water again. Took the boat back again for the third time, and I was told this time that my other battery cable is bad and it needed to be changed and cost me another $250.(I do not know why they did not check the cable the first time or the second time when they change the first cable)Not really sure what battery cable cost $500 after I spent nearly $2000 to start with, for the same problem.but it’s definitely a highway robbery. never went back never well and I will never recommend anybody to go there.

Having lived in the Florida keys for 33 years , Ive had my share of Marine service experiences . Aqua marine is as good as it gets . Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I went in for Engine service , a trailer repair and add trolling motor to my pontoon boat . All handled exceptionally .

I was sent there by the gentleman at Ace hardware, when Ace Hardware did not have the materials that I needed. The gentleman at aquamarine Sales and Service also did not have the materials that I needed, and was quick to offer yet another resource that did work out. It's heartwarming when businesses are not afraid to give customers information when they company is unable to meet the customer needs.

Had problems with new motor ( not the dealer's fault ) and we discussed returning the motor. Steve was fair and professional and cut me a check immediately, minus a couple of nicks in the paint. Would HIGHLY recommend Aqua Marine. He is fair and honest,and goes the extra mile to make his customers happy

SUPER SERVICE... I ended up buying the wrong products , because I had the wrong part numbers .... no fault of the business .. I brought it back , they not only gave me the right parts but refunded me the old parts , even though it was my fault and the packages were torn to bits.... MY Business will be here always .. AMAZING SERVICE
