I went there for an appliance and left there with 4 appliances for amazing prices. Roberto is very friendly, knowledgeable and he has exceptional customer service skills. I enjoyed my visit with their store and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Buyer beware!! Worst experience ever!! We went in the store to buy all or appliances for our new home that was being built. This was when all the shortages were going on. We went in 4 months before we were to move in because we were being told by a lot of stores that they couldn't guarantee when we would even get it. So Appliance Direct said that if we purchased the appliances they would hold them all for us. We purchased warranties on all 5 appliances. A couple of weeks before we were to move in our new house we went back to Appliance Direct to tell them we needed them to deliver the appliances in 2 weeks. We come to find out that they had sold all our 5 appliances to someone else! And we had already paid over $5,000 for them! We can't even move into our new home until the appliances are installed! We had to pick out all different appliances that was in the store. The refrigerator that we had picked out they didn't have anymore. So we had to get a lesser model for more money. Then after we moved in a few weeks later the refrigerator started leaking water on the floor. We called them up and they told us that we had to call the manufacturer for the warranty to get fixed. We called and they told us that the refrigerator was not covered under the warranty because it was refurbished!! They never said anything about it being refurbished! We paid for the warranty and it wasn't any good! They wouldn't give us any money back. We ended up throwing that refrigerator out and having to buy a new refrigerator somewhere else. Worst experience I've ever had ever!!! Don't buy from them, they lie lie lie!!

10/10 recommended! I was helped by Luis, who was very patient with me as I needed help with multiple appliances. With so many options and price ranges he was able to go over them one by one and helped me narrow down what I needed. Absolutely knowledgeable and courteous!!

Anthony was amazing. He was very friendly and answered all the questions I had throughout the process of buying my new washer and dryer. I did my research and Anthony Manuele was very accurate with all his answer. Gave me a great deal on my purchase. I would highly recommend going to see Anthony for any appliance needs.

Wonderful place for appliances. Courteous and insightful staff. I went in for a simple dryer, one I seen online. But after talking to one of the employees, I found one even bigger n better at great price. They even deliver it same day. We are in the process of fixing our mobile home, we will be back for kitchen appliances next time.

Honestly just ask for Roberto, he’s the cute one with the beard. He was so sweet, answered every question I had, even when I kept going back and forth on which fridge I should buy. He was so patient and didn’t make me feel pressured to make a purchase. I would definitely come back to see him the next time I need a new appliance.
