Very bad service! this is a dysfunctional organization. Sent a simple Christmas card and went to the post office to make sure I used the correct amount of stamps. It still came back to me stating insufficient postage. I place it in an envelope and went back to the same office insisting on sending the card even past the holidays. The new person gave me the new rate which was 5 cents over the original rate that I used!!! It cost them a lot more than that to return it!! Are they messed up or what??!! The same thing happened sending a Birthday card to my son in law in Montana. Simple Card, $5 in postage. He received a notice that he had to pay an extra $4 to get the card or it comes back to us. They have lost their way, so did this government. We are in trouble!!!

Came to handle a package at 12:55 and the door was locked. The Saturday hours say that it closes at 1pm. Sorry, but you should not lock your doors until the listed time. Now I have to wait until next weekend because y’all’s hours are the same as a normal persons full time job during the week. Really frustrated.

Left note for a package redelivery, filled it out, and they never came. Status said I could pick it up at this location, but went there, and they couldn't find it. Now it's been rerouted back overseas. Also, took 3 months to get my community mailbox lock changed that all started with this post office location before going up through the regional distribution center. I'm as lenient as they come but it's just issue after issue with USPS. Doesn't matter if there is one person in line or ten, you're going to be waiting a while.

The attitude of the black lady at this post office is extremely bad. Shes very rude, arrogant and has no customers services at all. She's just an aweful person who don't have to be working at this post office. Her attitude would affect others She works with. I.came in today to pick up my package and she didn't look well enough and sent me to a 30mins drive to a location on Philip's hwy, after getting to speak to the supervisor at the Philip's hwy location , my package was actually in Bartram where I first went. This same black lady didn't even apologies or acknowledge she was wrong. I have experienced her nasty attitude over and over again and my family and I've made a decision to rather drive 40mins to use a different post office because of her . I pray management gives her some coaching and training.

I just had my 2nd package in the past 5 months get checked in to this post office and not make it out after check in. After mentioning it to my neighbors, they advised the same has happened to them this year. I believe this post office location needs to be investigated. It’s becoming clear that a person or persons are most likely stealing packages. I find it ironic that out of all the packages I have shipped at this location, the two most expensive clothing and pair of shoes shipped, were the items that didn’t make it past check in.

Terrible customer service, bad attitudes and extremely rude and that is the pleasant experience. If you have a problem like a missing package, then you get a next level attitude and its not there issue, gosh forbid you have to do your job. Missing packages from this post office and worker is instantly defensive...hmmm makes you wonder.

Can’t remember her name but clerk#66 was extremely helpful today. Super nice and patient. She even caught that I had dated the passport application in blue which wasn’t allowed.

I have called repeatedly and they pick up the phone but not answer it. They hang it up after 10-20 seconds of not talking. I have seen online that this post office (112 Bartram Oaks) does this to everyone else as well. So this is not an isolated incident

A complete joke. Two ladies, working at the desk, engaged in a full conversation between themselves, showing personal things to each other on their phone, almost completely ignoring the customer. In their own world. Complaining about other employees. Complaining they were asked to do things that they weren't trained to do. Just terrible. Honestly, I was concerned if they were even going to ship my package correctly. It felt like I was in a hair salon eavesdropping on 2 stylists talking, not in a building owned and run by the federal government.

The post office is tucked in the back of the Bartram Walk shopping center on the ground floor. More parking is behind the building. They do have a self checkout for stamps and postage for small packages,which I love for its ease, no line, and not having to talk to anyone.

Unfortunately each time I’ve went in I have been met with a less than pleasant attitude from the staff, even hearing them talk about customers as soon as the customer leaves, and everytime I have tried to call they phone rings and then hangs up, and I have had packages returned to sender and then I have to pay to have it reshipped, very disappointing branch.
