The team was very friendly and filing a claim was fast and easy. I was able to get my iPad fixed and back within a few hours. I also subscribe to their Asurion+ plan and it has come in handy when having to get other devices fixed like my phone and monitor I attach to my laptop!

My fiancé had a stroke & broke his screen to his phone. I was frantic because if I went to work I needed to be in touch with him to make sure he was safe. Anthony was AMAZING he had the phone fixed & working perfect !! I dropped the phone off at 4pm & it was ready by 10 am the next day!!! Extremely helpful and friendly staff! I drove an hour and a half to get my phone repaired. Went to one store and they did not have the part (after assurion sent me there because they did have it) they were super friendly and called around and found a store that did have my part. Great customer service!

Thank you so much for the great service! My son needed his tablet fixed because he cracked it and they came to the rescue. They also had a much thicker screen protector that is way better than the one on Amazon. You should always come here to get your screen protectors because it's going to protect it from your destructive child like mine. I will definitely come back and see them again for anything that I ever need.

The crew at Fruit Cove did an amazing job fixing another one of my computers. Last time, they had me get the insurance for all my repair. And I was very happy to have it when my laptop broke. The insurance proved valuable yet again.Plan on bringing the daughter’s spare computer in next week.The team kept me informed on what needed to be done and called to ask permission to do some other additional repairs.Very happy with the service I received ?

I needed to have the screen of my iPhone XR replaced. On a recommendation from a friend to deceived to have uBreakitFix replace it. The very best decision I could have made. Anthony (Technician) quickly took possession of the phone and started the repairs. In a little more than an hour Anthony notified me that the phone was ready for pickup, as promised. Second time coming here for a broken screen cell phone situation. It is so easy, fast, and helpful. IMO, very reasonably priced too. Thankful for this service provider so close to home! I am such a fan now, I signed up for their insurance-deductible situation. Have a broken device? U Break? THEY fix!!!

The ability to schedule your appointment online is a real plus. I dropped my iPhone off for a screen replacement. Quoted one hour completion. The team competed the work in time, explained everything completely and were very professional. Check them out for your repairs.

Super helpful guys at this store. Came to them with a Verizon claim on an iPhone not charging. Thought it would take a while to fix, they had it ready in just an hour or two. Super knowledgeable on the plans they offer. Probably gonna take advantage of the Asurion Home+ plan for all my other devices.
