I love the purpose and how the funds go back to the community. But the prices are based on eBay sold listings. This sucks for those of us who used to depend on thrift stores to buy donated items at a discount. I understand selling things that you purchase for eBay prices. But when you are getting items donated (meaning for free) it seems unfair.

Great store! Nice mix of home goods and clothing. I love the mission behind the store. Very reasonably priced items. Will definitely return.

The older blonde lady at the register keep speaking with a couple by the entry door for a looong time. After ringing the bell at the counter several times, she ignored the bell and continued to chat away…. FIRE HER!This woman chose to speak with her friends instead of taking care of customer transactions. I gave up and ended up leaving the store. This place used to be great but it’s now the worst thrift shop in the area. She can chat with her buddies during lunch and after work!

Will not return after trying to get a price for a pair of lamps for 6 months. The manager is extremely rude and is charging way too much money for a thrift store. $150 for a pair of lamps. I heard her say to another customer she just wanted to give me a price so Id leave her alone. Its a real shame because it used to be a great place.

This store is amazing when you think about a thrift store. It is organized clean and the owner is incredibly friendly. The employees are service oriented and will even bend over backwards to help you find what you're looking for. It's fun to go in and just search when you don't really have anything to search for and see what you come out with because you will definitely not go home empty-handed! Not only have I shopped here, but I have donated items that I no longer need there, too. On both sides of the business there is no difference as far as the help goes-- very gracious people , very polite, very willing to help, amazing hearts!

Love the owners and the fact that they are helping people in need! I can’t really drive by without stopping and checking for good finds! Definitely my go to for an emergency outfit.

I used to love this place. Now they charge store prices as if you were buying it brand new. $30 for a used Barbie car? $25 for a small blanket. $50 for a guitar that’s missing strings and not even a good brand guitar at that. $40 for a used stained stroller. $25 for a kids chair. The list goes on. Thrift stores were supposed to be where people who didn’t have much money could go and buy stuff for their family that other families have donated for free. Now you cant even afford to go to the thrift store. Really a shame. Now if you want crafts, you’re in luck as those prices are affordable. But everything else is truly a rip off and they should be ashamed of themselves for pricing the stuff that high. Whoever they hired in the last 2 months who have been sky rocketing prices, you may want to get rid of them before you lose more customers. I won’t be back for awhile.

I'm a School Bus Operator and visited the store for a Special Needs Students trip. It's full of interesting things. And I love the idea that they employed young people with special needs at the store. I visited the one on 13rd. Ended up buying an electric heated coffee cup and a miniature wood School Bus. I liked the place .

visited the store after watching Ethan Anderson’s excellent videos showcasing what’s new in the store! They have a donation area and a boutique store too.

This is NOT a thrift store. Prices are way above what they should be. Yes they have some nice things but when you are charging 40.00 more than eBay for a motorcycle jacket or 20 more for a set of books (I could go on) then you are too expensive. No one cares that you pay 8000 a month for rent. It’s great that it’s for a charity. That’s not the shoppers problem. Honestly we’ve ran businesses for 30 years, there is no thought to a business plan here. Lower your prices and you would sell more and make more for those kids. Someone doesn’t know how to comp.

This store is so overpriced. “ Boutique” section contains overpriced Walmart brands (among others). Then, upon checkout after being told your item is $6 the owner decides to raise the price to $50 as you stand there expecting to pay what was advertised! Unbelievable! They will then blame their high rent, their autistic employees, how much they donate as a reason for their mistakes and prices. Just greedy. Let the customer purchase the item in my case. It’s a lot easier to lose $43 than to have bad word of mouth. Own a mistake- that would have been the right thing to do and I would not be writing this review. Unfortunately, it seems making a buck is more important than customer service. Go to Betty Griffin- they support Domestic Violence victims and would never do this. They have days when they offer 10 items for $10!

I was in the area yesterday and drove by this thrift store so I went in for the first time. Needless to say I definitely won’t be returning. I don’t think I have ever actually been to a thrift store that isn’t upscale consignment, with prices like these. Now I completely understand a business is there to operate by making money. But when you are receiving every item for free via donation, I just cannot wrap my mind over charging these kinds of prices. Walked out with nothing as the things that caught my eye were; a worn out bucket hat: $12, a maxi dress: $20, fishing shirt for my husband: $15…. They have a new slow cooker for sale for $95?! They have what they call “boutique” sections where they charge $6-$20 (think Nike and target brands) for what they consider “name brand” clothing. Which basically are the only clothes in wearable conditions. They have a separate area with downright rags, sold at thrift store prices. I can just picture the people that run this place rummaging through tags and sticking these boutique price tags on USED clothing , I mean at that point this is just pure greed. One star for clothing separated by size.
