“Overall, I really like this store. It is neat, clean, and the staff are very helpful. Be careful with the grooming prices.I took my pup in for a nail trim and paw cleanup this morning including dremel. I was first told it would be $41. That's a pretty ridiculous price being that I pay $60 for full grooming at Fresh Prints Spa. While I do appreciate the groomer bringing it down to $28, I know another customer would have said yes and been overly charged.Lastly, I do appreciate them getting my pup in so quickly. It's nice to know they have many hours of availability.FYI They do offer a $23 option that includes face, paws, and tail. That could be a great option for anyone looking for a cost effective option between grooming.”

“About a month ago my Betta fish took a turn for the worst, I couldn’t find the right medication for him in any big box store, and honestly didn’t know where to go from there. My neighbor googled the closest aquatics store and found this gem! When I got there, I was helped right away. I believe Jason helped me, he knows his stuff, my Betta is still looking like he went through a blender, but he’s happy and back to his excited self. Loves the live brine shrimp treats I get him from here! The prices are great, and I always get good advice…. I also may or may not have doubled my tank count since discovering the store ? excited to get this open top 20gal I set up today established so I can start stocking, I know they’re gonna have an awesome selection!”

“These folks are AMAZING! Came to get our 3 dogs nails done and one a bath. While the boys got their nails done, PNut got a bath and nails done! No waiting or coming back for her. The staff are always welcoming and treats for both adults and pups are given each time. They are closed on Tuesday only....open on Sunday! They are AMAZING and I truly hope you give them a chance with your pups! Rates are very affordable.”

“BFF Puppies is EASILY the most fun store to visit in the Orange Park Mall. My kids would rank it up there with the Jax Zoo!!Upon walking in, one can't help but fall in love!! Every single little playful baby seems happy and well maintained and that's all I could hope for.I wish I could've brought (them all!) the wee dalmatian home with me! Maybe one day ❤️*SidenoteI live closer to the Avenues Mall, and grew up visiting Puppy Avenue. These days, that place seems more like a vip nightclub. “Becca was so helpful and knowledgeable about the store's products including leashes, harnesses, food, treats, bowls, and toys. She knew every brand name and even their ingredients. Becca made polite recommendations to a couple products I picked out and explained her reasonings which showed her product knowledge. I am happy with all the supplies I bought for our new dog and I was so pleasantly surprised at her level of customer service with me and the rest of the customers in the store. She even carried my crate to the car! Whatever you are paying Becca, it's not enough - give her a raise, she was amazing. :)”

Not only is the sound ointment fast and effective on cuts and abrasions there shampoo and fly spray are both terrific products. The company is owned and operated by a terrific family. “Usually a great place with stocked shelves, able to price match (from the last time I know of.. about 5 months ago) Nice open, larger sized Petco. I've been going here occasionally for a little over two years. Though one time a little over year ago, maybe the manager.. maybe not- approached me with an attitude when I was shopping, for no apparent reason. Maybe she just had an off day- but I haven't seen her since. (Thankfully) Overall, a good store for generic needs.”
