My daughter (16) has been doing the boxing classes at River Strong Fitness for the last 2 months and absolutely loves it!! I was pleasantly surprised how much she enjoys the classes, and it is such a good work out for her. The instructors are fantastic...very patient and motivating. Very happy to have such a great place for my daughter to get a good cardio work out in.

This is a great gym run by some really nice and genuine people. Boxing and strength oriented. They have the equipment that other gyms don't, and don't have all the circuit training stuff.

Been going here since September and it was the best decision I’ve made! since day 1 the trainings have been spot on to my needs and the environment and motivation from all coaches is amazing! Highly recommended for any level of fitness!

Pearson Fitness has become a second home to me. I regularly attend several classes going on 3 years now and Joey and the trainers here are all top notch. They offer several classes every day of the week to include boxing, full body, yoga, strength training, and DekaFit tailored classes.It has become more of a family to me, we all push each other and the workouts are challenging. Joey has been a huge help for me in losing 100lbs in just 2 years. I couldn’t have done it without his help and the awesome trainers at Pearson Fitness. They push me to be better everyday. Highly recommended for any level of fitness.

This place has great personal training if you are just starting out or classes. The classes are small with personal attention snd a variety (even some boxing). It’s not the big box gyms and I love the quaint atmosphere. The personal training has been great to start my journey to better health.
