“I've had an everyday Sector chronograph watch fot the last 25 years. It finally quit running and I threw it in the drawer. I was doing some jewelry box rearranging and I saw it and remembered how much I missed my old faithful friend so I took it to three of the best known jewelry shops in town. All three indicated they couldn't get parts for it and that the value of the watch wasn't worth fixing. I took to Esplings Jewelers and Ben and his crew went to work repairing it. I picked it up yesterday and the watch is running like a "fine tuned machine"!! “I had a crystal emergency. My daughter's Swarovski tennis bracelet broke the day she needed it for a wedding. She had worn it less than 5 times in as many years, so I was pretty upset. Knowing I couldn't get it fixed same day, I anxiously called our local store to see if I could purchase a new one. Felicia had one and held it so I could dash in and acquire in time for the wedding. Once everything settled down, I went back to drop off the broken bracelet for repair. After seeing that the broken clasp should not have failed after very little use, Felicia replaced it on the spot! “I went in to the Avenue location today to have my wedding band resized. I worked with Tara who asked me to take the ring on and off and discussed sizing with me. It was really comforting to have a sales member walk me through the reasoning behind the size and to make suggestions as needed. Tara was so kind to me the entire time I was in the store! She was able to make this small adjustment in the store and polished the band for me as well. She also assisted me in finding another band to perfectly compliment the one I already had. I was able to pick if I wanted to build a necklace or bracelet, then the color of birth month or stone of birth month. It was such a relaxing experience to build my own jewelry piece for my daughter. Prices range from $30 and up.Come on your birthday and get half off... now that's a gooood grab.Don't bathe or swim in the jewelry and it will last forever.”
