“This was our first time ring shopping (engagement ring). The employees were able to answer all of our questions and provide us with the ring that she wanted. It took about a week for the ring to be ready for pickup. I proposed a couple of weeks later, and she noticed the ring was slightly too big. We took the ring back in to get resized. They quickly took care of that for us, and she had the ring back within a few days.”

“I had a crystal emergency. My daughter's Swarovski tennis bracelet broke the day she needed it for a wedding. She had worn it less than 5 times in as many years, so I was pretty upset. Knowing I couldn't get it fixed same day, I anxiously called our local store to see if I could purchase a new one. Felicia had one and held it so I could dash in and acquire in time for the wedding. Once everything settled down, I went back to drop off the broken bracelet for repair. After seeing that the broken clasp should not have failed after very little use, Felicia replaced it on the spot!
