The worst bank with a terrible business representative, Kate. We tried to open a business account with her for almost a month, but she did everything to prevent us from doing so. We would have brought significant funds to the bank, but she made it impossible. We eventually went to another bank. She also didn't allow us to withdraw money from our accounts, despite us having done so without issues just a week prior. The bank has very slow and incompetent employees. After this experience, we will never work with this bank!

I can't say that I am a fan. I came in to close the account I shared with my mother. I was not greeting upon entry. Apparently, there is supposed to be someone to sign you in but that person was not there. So once a teller arrive, I still had not been greeted nor offered any assistance or help, until I spoke up after another person came in after me and was immediately signed in and helped. It's hard enough to have to close my dead mother's account but to be ignored and passed over for assistance with this arduous task. I do not hesitate to close this account. Once I was finally seen by Laura. Everything went smoothly.

I was here on family business and had to use this branch for two different issues. They were a pleasure to work with on both of my different needs on different days. One was a hacked Smart Card that they effectively helped me redeposit my cash back into my checking account. The other was a certified check that I needed. I highly recommend this branch of PNC Banks as a helpful and friendly oasis in the banking world!

This is a review of PNC mortgage. My recent mortgage was sold to PNC bank and have been trying to get a refund for an overpayment to my escrow. After speaking with the mortgage customer service I was promised a callback from a supervisor but not a word from anyone. Seems to be the way PNC treats their customers.

Horrible customer service! Management wasn't any better! Took our pay off check and then took 500 from our personal account, overdrafting our account a week before christmas! Basically told us we are SOL!

I work for a small business, this is the only bank that will not let me place a change order over the phone and let me drive through to pick it up. Wasting so much time. I've also had issues not being able to get change because it's unavailable, even before the great change shortage of 2020. Most of the time the staff is very friendly.

Customer service couldn't get better. Professional but friendly- always greet you with a smile - busy at times but they acknowledge your presence - Cynthia was so helpful with the rewards in my BBVA app - I'm not computer savvy so I'm very thankful for their assistance- the lobby is always clean - they offer coffee and yummy cookies which is nice if there is a wait during am - everyone is awesome - thank you Sally, Cynthia and Taylor for taking care of my numerous business transactions.

I am moving my $$ to another bank ASAP! This bank took a big chunk of money out of my account without calling me first to explain the situation. We cashed in a CD from a family member before Thanksgiving and the bank said name was on as beneficiary. We have not seen proof of this to date. My lawyer said that this is illegal! We plan to sue the bank. Do not use this bank!

Have a small business? GO ELSEWHERE!!! Extremely poor communication, lack of responsiveness, long phone hold times with poor English speakers AND LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES, especially for fund transfers between banks. Did I mention a 7-10 day wait just to activate those transfer features. Robin Harmotto at this branch was made several mistakes when setting up this account and failed to return calls. VP Victoria Zagar clearly failed to listen to my business needs that resulted in a waste of time and money.
