Just moved into the area. Went to get my keys for the new Mail box was told it would be 2 days the guy who makes the keys was on vacation. Now 2 weeks later still no keys. And the man on the phone was very rude today somewhat yelled at me stating that they have already given me my keys. WHY WOULD I KEEP CALLING IF I HAD MY KEYS!!! Again the guy who makes the keys is not there so I was told to wait for a phone call tomorrow... So very unorganized.

I went here today and was not impressed. One lady worker in all black was very racist towards me. I would never work here. Thanks but no thanks. I'll look elsewhere. Not surprised that no minorities worked there. Uncomfortable situation. Finally, you mean to tell me that if workers want extra hours, and want to go to another location they have to ask the manager of this location for permission first. You're guaranteeing one freaking day a week. Heck no! No Thanks.
