I have had to order parts twice and was told they would call when the parts come in. I was given an estimated time when they would arrive. Both times no call. I waited an Extra hour no call. Parts had come in earlier waste an hour waiting. Excuse was late lunch for got to call. Time is money I can't get back.

Great customer service. I needed a couple things from them and I happened to have my nearly adopted (rescue) golden retriever (1.5 years old) with me.-He was allowed into your store. I just adopted the night before. It was my first test to see how he is on car rides and also meeting new people in a strange environment. They loved him..Yes I bought my items from them at a good price too.

Amazing customer service. They didn’t have an alternator with the proper pulley in stock. They went out of their way to find a compatible alternator with the wrong pulley and then swap the pulley off my old alternator on the spot. Could not speak higher of the staff here. A++++

I got a flat and walked with arthritis hurting badly to this store a bought fix a flat and walked back to my truck and the can was defective. So I walked back and bought a second can and walked back only to find that it to was defective. I called the store manager and asked if they could deliver me a working can.....they deliver for commercial people but told me that they couldn't help me. Mikey told me every reason why he couldn't bring me a can.Funny thing...I bought a defective part from AutoZone and AutoZone delivered me a new part a much farther distance. That's why I rebuilt my truck with AutoZone parts. I bought my engine from O'Reilly's and was unhappy with how I was treated so I bought my transmission and everything else from AutoZone.. ..my rebuilt starter from O'Reilly's has been nothing but problems......IM NEVER SHOPPING AT ANY O'REILLY'S AGAIN..... GARBAGE STORE!THUS COMPANY IS A TOTAL LET DOWN!RATHER SHOP ON LINE OR ANYWHERE ELSE
