I hoped to give them my business to support local store owners being that I live right down the road, so I decided to give them a call. The guy I spoke with on the phone started off friendly and helpful as I was obtaining pricing for parts on my old motor. In a very quick turn of tone in the conversation, when I asked for the part number to confirm if it was the right fit for my motor, The guy told me he doesn’t give part numbers out. I thought that was a very bizarre and rude response and one that showcases a hint of shadiness. I have never experienced such a response for such a common question ever in my life. As a potential customer, I have a right to know what exactly you are going to be putting in my motor which is why I asked. Needless to say I will not be giving this store my business, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them based on this experience.

Have u ever gone in to a place of business and it's real obvious that they don't want your business maybe because what you have for them to work on is a lot older than anything they have on there lot and they would rather work on the all the newer stuff than work on something older that would take a little thinking? Well take 1985 mercury In there you will get that feeling real quick

Never again will i bring my boat back here, not even to apply touch up paint on a scratch. Spent 700 bucks on a 100 hr service and the boat comes back needing a $ 1,500 dollar repair on the motor bracket that the service tech broke but doesnt want to be honest about!

These guys are 100% customer oriented. I bought a used boat from them and Kevin was on top of the sale from the beginning till the end and after. He was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make me comfortable with my purchase. This purchase was a consignment boat. Anyone thinking of consigning their boat should look these guys up to sell their boat . They have a very large service area and technicians that can tackle any repairs. USE THESE GUYS YOU WON’T BE SORRY.......

We have been using Erwine's services for a few years now. The boys return calls as hoped for, they fix our boat as asked, and work as diligently as they can given how busy they are. We will continue to use them if need be, and recommend them wholly to anyone in need of boat servicing. Kevin and Scott are awesome!!
