Why post Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-4:00PM if by 3:45PM Monday afternoon the branch has its doors locked.

It is such a wonderful feeling to know anyone at the Frostproof Branch will go out of their way to help you. Chuck is always so personable and helpful. He will go to the extreme to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Olivia is so thorough and has helped me out so many times. They are such an asset to our small town!

Even after I called AGAIN.... they blame it on a computer situation BUT DO NOTHING. I don't care about your computer problem. Do it manually if you have to so my credit score is not effected by your failure to report properly.I have a vehicle loan with this bank. Thunder Chrysler Jeep set me up with this bank to finance my RAM Bighorn. I always make payments that include additional principle. They do not report the correct amount that I still owe to the three main credit bureaus. Why is this a problem? When seeking a home loan or a better credit card (not to mention a low price on car insurance - insurance companies look at your credit and that gets factored into your rate), it looks like I have more debt because they are not accurately reporting my status. I called them and gave them 30 days to fix this problem. They sent me a letter telling me how much I owed on the vehicle but they never reported this to the credit bureaus. I am upset at Thunder Chrysler Jeep for choosing this l**** bank. I'm upset that a bank would hurt their customers this way. Buyer beware. You've been warned. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK AND I PROACTIVELY TELL MY FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES ABOUT THE FRAUD THIS BANK PULLS BY NOT REPORTING CORRECTLY.

Unless you drive a SUV or PIckup. The atm is so high up it is difficult and dangerous to elderly customers in smaller cars while trying to use it.

the drive thru is the worst service and they no longer cash your bank check if you don't have an account when they did until last week they should close that bank

They have the single best customer care. Everyone is always smiling and always eager to help you. They aren't pushy top get you to borrow money. They sincerely care. If they aren't all these things then they need to go top Hollywood studios cause they can really acct ?. I personally can't wait to do business where it stays in the country where it all began.
