I was excited to find a local Hair Salon coming from being an owner of a beauty hair salon myself when asked if they were available to take me I was told we are very busy with the "Locals", umm. We'll I own a house in Frostproof I would think I'm a local bit that is neither here or there won't go back nor services rendered since I'm not a so call Local sorry I thought everyone was different in Frostproof

Was looking for a new salon to start going to But the experience I got here was so unprofessional. I sat in my seat shaking for half of my visit due to the lack of education and knowledge some people have before they speak upon things. You should cater to all customers and not just the ones you know. Don't speak indirectly beside your customers without knowing the facts behind your statements. Such a judgemental group of women inside this salon. I highly recommend you take your money else where. First and last experience for sure!

I’m new to this town and this salon is close to me so I was hoping it would be my new hair salon; however, I called on Thursday, and twice on Friday and they never called me back. I don’t know if they were too busy for new customers but they should at least call me back and say so, very disappointed.
