  Great small town gym with plenty of equipment for my needs. Management is great and the gym is always clean. I don’t ever see it get too busy here either.

  Just found the location. I didn't go in. But I went to the ones in Lake Wales For about 7 years straight with my husband. Until I had to have a couple neck surgeries because of arthritis. Will probably probably start going to the one in Frostproof, since we may be moving close to it.

  Sam is always great when I am visiting from out of town. Gym has everything needed and is always nice and clean. Friendly staff and great atmosphere
