Absolutely the most incredible team of people. They love my dogs like their own. My dogs are thrilled to go each and everytime which melts my heart. I have nothing but good things to say. Your babies will be in the very best hands. Thank you so much for what you all do.

I brought my two dogs in when we got married in Florida. The staff were very accommodating to us being out of towners and responded quickly to texts. My one dog is very anxious and they made sure he stayed with his brother. My nervous dog sometimes comes home from daycare upset and stressed. But when I picked him up from Wagz he was happy and seemed to have a great time!

Jan & I left our fur babies for a two-night stay at Wagz Boutique recently. They had been there before but it had been a while and we were a little nervous. The great team at Wagz were wonderful and but us at ease right away. They post photos of the dogs at play daily which is nice to see. We opted for them to be bathed before pickup which made coming home nicer for us. The new Wagz facility is really nice too!You can't go wrong booking your doggy (or kitty) vacay at Wagz! Maverick & Murphy had so much fun they slept almost their whole first day home.

I called Wagz this morning in a desperate state. My grandfather is passing away, and I was trying to catch a flight to go say my goodbyes. Pretty much every other boarding facility I had tried told me they were completely full. I called Wagz, explained my situation, and asked if there was any availability to board my dog for the weekend, starting tomorrow. The owner of Wagz, Silver, responded, “We will find a way to make availability for her! I am so so sorry for your situation.” Her kindness toward me and her compassion for the situation brought me to tears. I couldn’t believe a complete stranger was willing to help me in my time of need. Although my dog did not end up staying at Wagz, solely because her vet office (which is much closer to my home) called with a last-minute cancellation for boarding, I have no doubts that the staff at Wagz are excellent at what they do. Their level of customer service was extraordinary! I would have no concerns with my dog staying there for boarding or day care in the future.

They've been great. A little pricey and not an ideal location. But the staff is really friendly and the dog loves going there.

Outstanding service, Silver and her staff do an amazing job taking care of all three of my girls. I have a blind deaf Great Dane puppy that they take the time to help sociailize her with other dogs. I would'nt take them any where else.

I can't say enough good things about Wagz. I've been taking my baby, Ace, here for over two years now because they are the ONLY people I trust in the area. I live in 30A area & drive 40 min there and back because it is so worth it to me how they go above & beyond to make sure Ace (& every other dog) is having fun, well taken care of, & above all- safe. Silver, the owner and the whole staff is absolutely amazing and has treated Ace like family from the beginning. And I can recognize that my dog is not the easiest, yet they still worked with me to make sure he was safe & loved while I was at work. They get to know each dogs personality and know what fits them- not many (if ANY) doggy daycare or boarding facilities take the time to care like that! Addison especially has taken exceptionally great care of Ace. I am beyond thankful for Wagz, Silver, & the amazing hardworking staff that allows me to feel reassured Ace is in good hands

My dog is so handsome when he gets done being groomed. Wags does such an amazing job and they are very affordable. I moved here 6 months ago and they were the first place to get my puppy groomed and we will continue to take him back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Wags was horrible. The chemicals used to clean floors burnt my dogs paws. The owner would not even come to phone or return our calls. She denied doing anything wrong, however a former employee informed us of pictures on Facebook with bleach on floors with pets in rooms. My rating would be a negative five

I had my dog groomed. They did a great job!! This is the best grooming my dog has ever had. I have gone into detail with many groomers as to what I wanted done and never got the results I asked for. I just told the groomer I wanted a westie cut and wow they did just that! My dog is 5 and has been groomed many times, just not this well. The price was more than I have ever paid, I will take him back for sure. Worth it.
