Worst UPS location I've ever been to. So not helpful AND SO RUDE! LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY NOT TO USE THEM.

I do not recommend using this store. I own a restaurant in santa rosa beach and went in to get a menu sample printed. I had major regret in coming to this store. I had my children with me and they picked up the candy out for display on the counter. A lady with a short hair cut like a man's haircut, snatched the candy out of my child's hand and said very snarkily that the candy was only for people who take surveys and not them. Very rude but I realise some people do not like children in business so I moved on. Then she tells me she has 7 print items going at once, she seems very overwhelmed racing back and forth to print jobs, so she doesn't have time to talk to me about my menus. She basically said leave and I can schedule a time later to come back. But not in a nice way. So after getting candy snatched out of my kids' hands and told to leave, we certainly did. I went to the UPS in Santa Rosa Beach and got my sample printed an hour later. That UPS store in SRB was very nice and friendly and helpful. They even had lolipops out that were available for children to eat! We have about a 100 menus to print at $5 a pop monthly, so about $6,000 annually, worth of print business to SRB instead.

The UPS store is so wonderful! The team is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have such an efficient process. Whether I’m returning an Amazon package, shipping something, or printing something, it’s a quick and wonderful experience. I wish I needed to go there more!!

Went into this store with an untaped box and was told the box needed to be taped as this location was only for dropping off packages. I had to buy a roll of tape from them in order to have my package sent. What a joke!
