From my experience with B&M Tire, I give them 5 stars.
We were just 25 miles into a 650 mile trip to a family funeral when the car started overheating - luckily we were just a couple of miles from this shop. They took the car in and were able to diagnose the issue was the cooling fan was not coming on - they got the part needed fairly quickly and got us back on the road. Although we did spend about 4 hours total in the shop, they were able to get us back on the road and I didn't think the bill was outrageous. I do recommend this shop for all your automotive needs, not just tires. Thanks B&M for the excellent experience in a very stressful situation.

DO NOT GO HERE. They tried to charge me 5 dollars for checking my tire pressure after THEY installed it and had a problem with a week later. Unprofessional and honestly scummy practice to charge locals for this. I will NEVER go back here again. Staff was also rude and insubordinate.

Great experience at B & M. Tire pressure was low in one of my tires so I stopped in to see if I could use their air. Yes, they charge $5 but it works vs the gas stations that charge $2 and don't work. They offered to check for a leak so I agreed. They immediately took my SUV over, found a nail, plugged the hole and had me on my way again. Charged $20 which I'm happy to pay for such fast and prompt service. A big thank you from me!!

I needed 4 tires taken off of my vehicle and I had my own 4 to put on it. I called for a quote and was told 40-$50 per tire. Seemed high to me but I went with it. Dropped the vehicle off and when I picked it up, the bill was over $260.00. Tax was charged. In the state of Florida, labor cannot be charged when no transfer of tangible personal property exists. They took 4 tires off and put 4 tires on. "Charges for repairs of tangible personal property needing only labor or service are not taxable." That statement was copied from the Florida website that deals with tax. Also, there was a FORTY DOLLAR charge for "Shop supplies." All that was used was AIR! So they added 20% for nothing. That is a very poor way to rip off the public but because they are the only show in town, they can get away with it. If they had been honest with me from the start, I would have driven to Niceville or FWB. This is the most dishonest business I have dealt with in the small town of Freeport.

If I could've given them A -NEGATIVE STAR they would've gotten that. So I pulled up today @3:24pm I waited patiently for 1-2mins although 2 guys saw me pull up and didn't even acknowledge me. But thats cool
Whatever.well I asked them to put some air in one of tires that was low. Why did this man say it was going to be 5$. That is crazy‼️‼️ I don't believe him and feel like it was the fact he didn't wanna do it.......fyi its $5 bucks so good look
