I really like this Walgreens at Champions Gate, Florida everyone knows how to treat you with respect. I'm surprised that they know my name. They're super friendly.

Pharmacy robo calls. Show up after requesting routine persription refills and always out of my meds after agreeing on pickup time. The staff is overwelmed these people won the award for tricare and just suck. I must get five computer calls a day.

Worst customer service from a pharmacist. Dr sent script to this location because it was my old pharmacy before I moved. Had the dr move my prescriptions to my local Walgreens . Two of them got canceled instead of transferred but they did not release the claim which prevented my local store from being able to process,due to insurance . I was told to call Champions gate to tell them to release the claim so I could b processed . Pharmacistat Championgate said I had nothing there,nor had anything canceled The walgreen app shows it ,my local store could see it instead of researching this she was very rude and hung up on me. I customer that was in need was treated like garbage. No compassion or cares at all.

I had been going to this pharmacy for years and never had any issues, until about 2 months ago. They continue to refill prescriptions I no longer need, I continue calling them to inform them of this and when I called today the employee I spoke to cut me off mid sentence and was just rude. Last time I went through the drive thru last month, the employee saw me waiting and then continued typing on her phone. I really do not care if employees are on their phone at work, but it’s rude when a customer is waiting for you and you look over, don’t say anything, and continue scrolling through your phone. She then couldn’t find my prescription, asked who the prescribing doctor was, and proceeded to give me an old prescription from a different doctor I no longer go to. The service here is severely lacking.

Bro!!!!!!!!! Josh is by far the greatest pharmacist that I have ever experienced. He and his star were super efficient and very effective. Thank God for this man. My daughter had an ear infection and they took care of our prescriptions in 29 minutes wow. Cinthia was also a very kind associate.
