Horrible company. Their hardware is some cheap unknown company from China and there's no service. By service I mean if the alarm is triggered, nothing happens and if you call no one answers the call. We were stuck with this sorry excuse of a company because our builder selected them and we were trapped with their service through our HOA. I along with every homeowner will boycot them so hopefully we get decent hardware, service and after-service!

We purchased a new Lennar home in October 2016 with a SWS security system. In the six years and seven months of having their security service and paying for the upgrades over the years, we’ll be firing them. It’s clear that being a small security system/monitoring company, with their mostly poor reviews, it’s obvious they are losing customers or not gaining new ones.Our monthly service has cost the same the entire time we’ve had them. Now, this month, they’ve raised the monthly service $11.72. I called to inquire about the rate hike and was told they decided to increase everyone’s rates. That’s the only explanation I received. There was no dissemination whatsoever from SWS regarding the rate increase! No email, no phone call, no mailer, no anything. How unprofessional!I see now why this company has so many poor reviews! With the amount of reputable security company’s out there, SWS surly doesn’t have a clue how to treat the customers they actually have! I encourage everyone to dump them and go with one of the several other reputable security company’s and perhaps this place will have to close and go out of business.

The lady that I spoke to I believe her name is Jodi Sanchez was extremely rude. Before I could even talk she cut me off. When I asked her how to solve the situation for the alarm and told her what it was saying she told me to follow what it says in the menu. I told her that the menu was not telling me anything for the problem that it was saying. She then continued to yell at me like I was frustrating her instead of helping me with the situation. Never have I ever spoken to someone in any customer service including this one like her. Then she told me I needed to go onto Google to figure the situation out and if I called back tomorrow to complain about my service and ask for the manager she told me I would get her on the phone as a manager. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Very unprofessional company. Do not show up for appointments on time, do not call to tell you they are going to be late, do not submit estimates (it has been a month), do not return phone calls. How they can claim they are #1 is a mystery to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY NEEDS.

We moved into a new home just 2 days ago and this is the alarm system we were left with, for now. We set our alarm just like the night before but this time was different. The alarm was triggered by a door being open and when we went to disarm it, it wouldn’t work (not a user error, it worked before and we’ve had millions of alarms. The alarm was howling for well over 45 minutes in a vacation resort with 100’s of visitors. The police were called and not even they were able to assist.I called their emergency numbers many many times and even their main system call center, NO ONE answered their emergency line and even still now, at 9:30am the following morning have they even bothered to returned my calls of distress.The solution, we ripped the system and alarm off the wall. We have many alarm services but this one, this one is an utter and absolute joke. When an emergency arises, no one is there to help you. I recommend anyone else!

Absolutely hands down The WORST customer service I have ever had. I have been a customer for 5 years and the last two years has been extremely difficult to get someone on the phone that can help fix problems. The technicians are never available and the person who answers the phone is downright nasty. Even told me to “google” it myself on how to fix the problem. I tried calling three times to get the issue fixed and they said leave a message. You will never get a return phone call. I am now in the process of canceling and switching to a different company and I’m just nervous that this will be another hassle of problems just cancelling the service. And if you are in that phase it is a 30 notice, in writing, to do so. One positive is if you get Arthur you will be fine, but only if you get him. He must be the only employee this company has.

We have been using Southeast Wiring Solutions for our home security since 2018 and have had absolutely no problems with the system or the employees. They seem vert efficient and pleasant..

I had a very displeasing conversation with the head of the technical department Arthur. He begins to laugh at me and I stated it was very disrespectful. Then he asked how am I being disrespectful, I stated bc you’re laughing at me and his response is “and I’ll continue to laugh at you” I have never been disrespected in such a way by a customer service representative. Extremely rude and unwilling to help. I have had problems with the equipment for over a year. I wouldn’t recommend it. I am very displeased with this service.

Southeast Wiring Solutions (SWS) - Championsgate has great customer service, especially Arthur and Jody. I have been with them for three years and they have always been available when I needed help. They have around the clock monitoring services that makes me feel very safe in my home. If you are looking for home security services, I highly recommend SWS. From the Walker Family.

I love my security system. I was very new to home automation three weeks ago, and today I can't see myself living another day without it. From the super fast installation of the system, to Cedric sitting on the phone with me after hours to help answer my 9,000 questions. The entire team of this company has been more than a blessing and i cant believe the level of customer service they provide. This place really cares about me, not my account.
