“Needed to wire some money during a break at work and walked in to a TON of people on a random Tuesday morning. I stood in line only to be told they couldn't help me at the desk and sent me to another line. I waited for quite a bit and when it was finally my turn, I was told that there are a lot of appointments ahead of me and it would be about an hour wait. Obviously I couldn't make this happen and was going to just leave but the woman helping me called me back and showed me how to do what I needed to do on my phone instead of making me wait for an appointment. This is not something I do everyday so I had NO clue I could do it myself simply from my phone. I was so glad she was kind enough to help me in this way instead of making me come back since I was on a time crunch. They're a very busy bank at this location so plan accordingly and also plan to drive around a lot to park!”

“In and out type of deal. I do have to give the heads up. It is one tiny pnc bank! Im used to the ones by my hpuse being big! Huge counters etc. this bank is playing a game though. Tiny little islands no cover. They had the huge safe just wide open. Im pretty sure nobody is gonna play the stupid game for them stupid prizes. I say that cuz the cross here is literally next to i4 n it is never clear! U wouldn't make it to the road. Lol other than that, my experience today was hassle free and easy. “Neat looking Chase bank conveniently located in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace. All bankers are very kind and they get the job done.But the waiting… oh boy. Every visit seems to be 1 hr long. While waiting for my turn, I just witnessed 2 clients walked away when they were informed the waiting is about an hour to get a bank check.”
“My son and I showed up without a scheduled "meeting" time (appointment). We were lucky one of the customers did not show for their meeting time. My son had to open a checking account and a savings account.Rebecca did a super job. Shared a cool tip with my son about increasing his credit score too. Rebecca walked my son through the entire process and helped him make his first deposit using the ATM machine.In addition, Rebecca was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and local cities and commute times.Rebecca took her time to be sure my son will be comfortable using Chase Bank.”

“I have always had excellent service and very kind people help me with any of my banking questions. They greet everyone with a kind "hello "how are you today! I appreciate there are always plenty of tellers to attend to the customers and I am not standing out in the hot sun for 35 minutes to enter their bank ever due to few people in a bank to help us customers which I constantly encounter at a bank in Haines City by a totally different name!!! They even greet me by my first name! I have no relative or friend that works at their bank, but, their service has always been top notch for me!!!”

In this branch ask for "Sem Chery", an excellent banker, good knowledge of procedures and concerned about his clients. Sem Chery is the best banker I have met so far and deserves the best chair there is.”
“New customer here and originally opened my new checking account online because there was no minimum first deposit like most banks. If you open it in person you do have to deposit I believe $50 as the minimum to open but I'm not completely 100% so you can either call the branch or check on their website. I'm used to dealing with big chain banks that don't really have that individual attention feel. There was no crowd, no appointment needed. A good thing about this bank is they can print your debit card to go with your account and you can walk out with it. That is the 1st bank I've ever been in that will do that for a new account. I had ordered one in the opening process of the account but it never came in. Liza was very friendly and helped me with everything that I went in there for. I had recently transferred money in and needed to withdrawal a large amount 1st transaction of the day for them and they had no problem. I wasn't told to wait or give them a certain amount of time. Liza took care of everything for me printed my card filled out my withdrawal slip and then introduced me to the 2 tellers that were on. Both were very nice. My main bank is BOA that I've been with for 20 years and I get great customer service when I go in their, but I don't feel that BOA is interested in building relationships with their customers (I've been into my local branch numerous times after moving far from my original bank)I can't tell you one person's name that works there in comparison SouthState feels warm, inviting and a bank, while it will be my secondary/back-up, I much more prefer than my primary. The one issue I have with it that isn't the branch's fault, is the mobile banking app's UI- is not user friendly. To find certain things you have to dig to find it. That isn't the branch's fault so I won't let that influence how I feel about the bank and the 5⭐ service that they gave me. I look forward to going in again instead of dreading. Hopefully 6 months to a year from now I feel the same way as this first impression.”

“I had to drive 40 minutes to this branch for an issue but it was totally worth it...first impression everyone seemed happy working there a lot of smiling faces. The staff looked great professional well dressed. I had an issue that I will not disclose online but Sadie helped me a lot I was really impressed how she got to the point with the phone bank, I tried myself but she has a certain professional calmness.
