I loved my time boarding at old wire. The owners are so nice and caring about their boarders, students, and horses. They're so knowledgeable about all things horse. It really feels like family there and they helped me out a lot

Mr Charlie and the crew at Old Wire are great!I had a bad horse fall back in 2020 and Mr Charlie has helped me get my confidence back, all while working on essential riding skills. Very patient, works with you where you are at. Pushes just enough to help you improve without setting you back. Facilities are great, horses are well cared for and great lesson horses.

Oldwire stables. I have nothing but praise for this place. Weather it be looking for a new horse, help with your current horse or just wanting to hangout with other horse people. Oldwire is the place to be. Charlie is the best.

I've been taking riding lessons for over a year now and I've loved every second of it! I've learned so much from Charlie and he's been nothing but kind and welcoming since the moment I showed up. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Old Wire and the staff there!

Best service I have ever experienced. They treat your horses and you just like family. They are very careful and clean with everything from your horses stable to the tack you use for your horse. They also offer riding lessons and horse training that is absolutely perfect in every way. Wouldn’t even dream of going to a different stable. Old Wire Stables is the best you will find in the Tri-County area. Would 100% recommend to anyone who only wants the utmost care for their animals.

My children have been taking lessons in both western and English with all the amazing trainers available. Very family friendly, fun learning environment. Each provided training at their interest and level of riding. Our daughter went from no riding experience prior to beginning to enter hunter jumper shows in 18 months with training of the very talented Miss Alana.

Not a wise boarding choice, horses kicking and biting, goats ramming not only the horses but you when you go into the pasture. When I got my horse out she had half dozen scars she didn’t have before. If you want to pay $475 mo to be fed 2 times a day and nothing more….. it’s risky at best!No stables are offered, arena and round pen have no cover so summer is wicked riding. No trail access was ever given despite my requesting access. Shelters only two in pasture are kept closed so horses have no way to take cover.Still refuse to give back my horses $175 blanket and long lunge whip…They claim they don’t have it but they do!Big mistake boarding there. The reason for no negative reviews other than mine is the non disparagement clause in the contract which is not legal and renders the contract void in full… just fyi you need to know!!!
