From the first class I attended, I knew I found the right place for me to stay in shape during my winter vacation. Everyone was so friendly, and the classes could be adjusted to anyone’s particular fitness level. ❤️

I am a senior who uses a walker for stability. I have met a lot of people in the 10:30 class who are all working out to improve their health, learn new techniques to deal with individual problems while haveing fun doing so.They are a friendly and help each other. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are days I really enjoy .
