Recently visit and again a very disappointing visit. Too few tellers and those available get much too wrapped up in socializing with customers. Nice to see a smiling face and nice greeting, but I as others in line need to take care of our business and move on. I dread visiting this bank.??

THEY CLOSED MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE BOUNCED MY PAYROLL CHECKS MY CHECKING ACCOUNT HAD A LARGE SOME OF MONEY IN IT SPOKE WITH BANKER HE SAID THEY SHOULD SEND YOU A CHECK NOT SURE WHERE MY MONEY IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICETHEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE RACE TRACK LOCATION

I visited today and explained to the manager I’m assuming his name was jack that I wanted to open an account he seemed friendly enough but he made every excuse as to why I couldn’t open an account inside without an appointment. There were three people in line and no one behind me and he as a manager could have stepped in. Since I was turned away I went next door to a different bank and opened my account with no issues and no excuses. Either hire more staff or be proactive as a manager.

I was immediately greeted by the branch manager Jack as it was a longer line he wanted to see if there was anything he could help with. As I waited he very politely got with each new customer coming in the door as well as checking in with each of his tellers who we’re dealing well with the longer line asking if there was anything he could do to help them. Management done right.

Every time we have to go inside to conduct our business, there is always a line and the wait is always long. Today there was one representative at the counter and one teller taking care of the drive through. The wait time is ridiculous. While they do offer a lot of new and beneficial services, they totally drop the ball when you are in need of “one on one” banking with a representative. It’s so frustrating to go here! Anyway, I’m done with my rant, it won’t do any good to complain anymore. I will continue to do majority of my business on line and through the ATM, and avoid having to go inside and have any interaction at all cost. Banking use to be a personal experience where banks and bankers cared about its clients and valued their time. Your inside is a joke and could definitely use some attention.

Very pleasant experience with banker, Johanna and manager, Jack. They were thorough and knowledgeable and clearly had our best interests in mind. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is potentially a corporate issue? It appears they were slightly understaffed and very busy, so we had to wait quite a bit for our scheduled appointment time. Even so, they stayed with us until close and never made us feel rushed.

they are the worst. Drive thru takes forever. ypicall 10 minutes per car. It's a head scratcher. A couple months ago we deposited 600 or so in cash and they shorted us $20 (for sure). My wife went back to dispute, and instead of simply giving us the $20 back. They conducted in investigation and then concluded that they did not error! Will be closing down our account

When you can get in with a Banker, they are usually pretty helpful, but everytime I go the wait is horrendous. No one has hours to sit at the bank for basic services. Either give your tellers more authority or hire more bankers.

I have came in here several times and always had good service. Today we spoke to the branch manager, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped us set up an appointment for a loan.

First visit to this particular Wells Fargo Bank Very friendly personnel. Jack Ellis is an awesome bank manager. Also very friendly and personable. He went out of his way to assist us with a change of address. We love banking with Wells Fargo.

If I could do 0 star I would. This was the most horrendous experience I've had at a Wells Fargo in the over 10 years I've been a customer of theirs. Waited an hour just to do a simple drivethru deposit transaction.6/8 Response to owner: No need, already called Wells Fargo and this issue has been routed up to the executive office.
